Got the XLarge Rare Steak Pho and Salt and Pepper Tofu. Also got liquid diarrhea within 10 minutes. Thank god the hotel was 6 min away. This was the first and only thing I had eaten all day after skiing Beaver Creek.
Food was tasty would go again.

We as a family love Pho. We always try and find new pho spots. We were driving up to glenwood and decided to stop at Pho Bay. We all ordered pho. Service was quick. Immediately after getting our food we noticed the soup was real greasy. The pho wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t anything special. I love a nice clean bowl of pho. Not a greasy soup. The prices are on the higher side for low quality pho

We came to try pho at this place and did not regret it. Pho had clear, rich, and flavorful broth, I ordered medium size. The portion was huge. The taste was spot on . We also ordered tofu spring rolls, they were just ok, but I wouldn’t order them again. For kids we got wings and chicken fried rice. Both were ok. I also was surprised how this place was packed with people. After I have tried their pho, it made sense why. This Vietnamese pho restaurant was on a pricier side though , but I would still come back for their pho . Try it , you won’t regret it.

Boyfriend and I both got the combination pho. It hits the spot if you’re really craving pho, but otherwise the broth is a little sweet and flat tasting, and the sprouts were pretty wilted with that said, I’ll probably come back, since there’s nothing like hot noodle soup after a cold day on the slopes!

BEWARE AT THE SERVICE TIP !!!
I visited recently and the experience wasn’t great. We waited a long time just to be seated, and once we finally sat down, our server seemed much more focused on other 2 tables. Families who arrived after us were served first (5 and 4 PEOPLE each table ) so it felt like we were being ignored.
On top of that, there was an automatic service tip added, but I wasn’t given an itemized receipt, The server just brought the Clover machine, which also asked for another tip. It was confusing and honestly didn’t feel right given the service.
I think being more transparent with charges and offering the same attention to all tables would really improve the experience.
FOOD WAS AVERAGE, NO HONEST PEOPLE THERE

Excellent value for your money ! Had more food than we could eat and it was all delicious. Very friendly staff. Helpful and brought drink refills without even having to ask.

very busy when we arrived on a Saturday evening, waited 10 minutes to be seated. The noodles were delicious and the fried rice with tofu and vegetables was nice too

Food was great! The people didn’t bother us and atmosphere was typical of a pho restaurant. The one thing about the food was that the meatballs did not taste like average pho meatballs and more like brisket. The food otherwise was great and the noodles were awesome.

We stopped by for lunch on the way to Vail. I have heard good things about Pho Bay! It’s a gem for Vietnamese food nestled in between the mountains. The Pho broth was flavorful, and they are very generous with the proteins!! A+ on that alone. The star of our lunch was this salt and pepper crispy tofu dish. I would come back just for that and a bowl of white rice.
We came in with 4 small kids and they all ate. The server was great!

Amazing vegetarian pho close to Keystone. If you are skiing keystone, and have a car then please don’t settle for the River run options and check out this place. The pho broth was flavorful and the portions are generous. The shrimp fried rice was perfectly seasoned and a hit with the kids. Highly recommend!
