I ordered their medium combination pho and pork Banh Mi Sandwich. The pho broth was very flavorful. I could definitely eat it straight from the kitchen with no other sides added. It didn’t look like it would fill me up at first, however I was proved wrong. The MVP of the meal was the Banh Mi. It came out warm like it was just made from the oven. The bread was crispy and airy. One of the better banh mi I’ve tasted in my lifetime. It was definitely my favorite. The staff was very nice and attentive.

I understand I ordered a small. And I get that you add the noodles and toppings. There is no way this is the same serving amount that you get in store when ordering. You couldn’t at least fill up the whole small container? I really do love this place but this is frustrating

Tried their spicy beef soup and the flavor was complex and not too spicy. This is my first time trying them and it didn’t disappoint. They even had hot chili oil not just schiracha. I will come back to try the beef pho and it will probably be just as good as the spicy beef soup.

Me and my friend had the best experience at Pho Basil! Our waitress Haven was beyond wonderful and brought food out quickly. Checked up on us lots and very friendly. Food was hot and amazing. Can’t wait to come back!

Super friendly staff! They gave us great recommendations on what to order and made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. The combination pho is really good — definitely worth trying. The place is very clean with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Overall, amazing service and an incredibly friendly team. We’ll definitely be coming back!

What’s going on with the service here? Pho is good but they don’t even check on you at all they disappear and add the tip on top of that, they don’t give you a receipt when you ask for the check bc they always add something that you didn’t order! Makes no sense please yall can do better than that

The pho and shrimp appetizer were good. I do however, have an issue with the service. We were told to sit ourselves. My wife and I sat in the rear of the restaurant. It’s not that large. The server took our order and gave us our beverages. Shortly after the food arrived. After that, we were on our own. The server never came back to check on us. Even when we tried to motion to her and other staff for refills, we were unseen. Seems like every server keeps their head down. I had to slightly raise my voice to get the attention of a server who was at the next table. Our original server might as well have been on a milk carton, because I only saw her when I went up to pay. I mentioned the lack of attentiveness, only to be told they were short staffed. Gimme a break! Your place isn’t that big! Try the food, it’s good, just expect to be ignored a bit.

Best pho I’ve had here in NC so far. Food came in quick and hot. They had 3 different sizes of pho bowl small, medium, and large. I got the small with the different kinds of meat. It was delicious, almost like the one back home in San Jose, California. Small restaurant but people come in and go. Great customer service. I will definitely come back again.
