Pho Basil has extremely good food and banh mi’s! Their portions are big and the food is fresh and the vegetables are crisp. Their grilled pork bahn mi is excellent and made on a delicious baguette and has a good neat to vegetable ratio. Their vermicelli bowls also have fresh vegetables and really good meat. Staff is friendly and they try to get the food out quickly.

My husband and I were excited to try this restaurant as Vietnamese food is one of our favorites. We were not disappointed! The food was absolutely delicious!! I had the bun with pork and egg rolls, and my husband had the steak and rice. Portions were generous and the food was fresh and perfectly seasoned. The owner was very nice as well. This will be one of our new favorite places. I highly recommend that you give them a try.

Family friendly and good food and good service. Went there as a family of 7 including 2 kids. Gave us hot tea and water quickly once seated. Gave each of us chopstick and bowl for sharing food. The food arrive quickly. I think the Pho is legit authentic. The chow meen was good. The vermicelli was also good. End up $83 for 5 main items. Taste good and satisfying.

So good! Big portions for the price point. Staff (assuming the owners) were delightful and engaging with the kiddos. I had the pho and it was great. Will definitely come back here next time I’m in town.

Let me start this review by saying that my husband and I are/were FAITHFULL patrons at the Everett Basil location. We went weekly and sometimes even more- it just really is the best pho in Snohomish County!

I picked up an order on the way home from work. The people here are so nice here. I was a little disappointed I couldn’t order on the Vietnamese menu online, but the owner was super sweet and helped me out with that. I will definitely be going back to eat at this restaurant. Once I got home, the food was delicious. I tried Thai tea for the first time also and it was absolutely amazing. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Absolutely the worst food I’ve had in a long time. The staff was not knowledgeable at all about their menu items. Several items say they come with coconut milk but she was unable to figure out how to sub coconut milk in the Thai iced coffee and Thai iced tea. Instead she brought coconut juice and served without ice. The sweet and sour chicken was chewy, hard and dry. The general tsao chicken was gooey and the fried rice tasted very old, must have been 3 days old, it was dry and hard. The only things we got that were decent were the ice water and egg drop soup. I will not be back.

Today I ordered what I ALWAYS get. Mongolian beef #5 on the heat scale. This used to be Peking Palace and it just recently changed owners, I came in one day when the new Guy was getting things changed over. He assured me they would not be changing some of the popular dishes on the menu one of which is The Mongolian beef. He said it’s there best seller.

Met the owner tonight I do believe it was Ken. Awesome guy and like he told me I wouldn’t be disappointed in my pho and the Chinese food we got. Let me tell you he was right the broth is amazing and the Chinese food was good too.
