I came here on the way home after being on a very, very cold bike ride. The food at this place really blew me away. The pho was excellent! The eggrolls were crispy and tasty. The service was attentive. I’ve driven by this place so many times in the last two years and I always thought I’ll try it someday well I’m glad I did. I will definitely be back. do yourself a favor go check this place out. You will not be disappointed.

A neat little mom and pop pho restaurant located in the neighborhood. The menu is simple with everything on one page. We each ordered their Pho Special combo and split a pork banh mi. The banh mi was tasty as the bread was nicely toasted. The pho had a clean taste to it and was enjoyable, especially when it’s cold and wet outside.

What I ordered was the ‘Pho Special’… It came perfect, not too salty or not salty. The lobby room was super clean. They have flat-screen TV to watch while enjoying the food. Sadly, they don’t serve smoothies, but they do serve fountain/soft drink. If you go, make sure to ask for Soy Sause, Fish Sause, Chili Oil Sause, Black Pepper to get your bowl fire!

The food is really good, and the pho is gluten free. Their Vietnamese coffee is really light on the coffee, and is mostly milk, I’d take a pass on that. Takeout would be the best option, if you try this place, but skip the drinks.

In short: The pho broth was well balanced and really hit the spot. Meat was also tender and fresh, the brisket was not too tough or chewy, and I left satisfied. Expanded review: I am a local Vietnamese and love trying and supporting new Vietnamese businesses. Saw this new spot as I was visiting a friend nearby in Irvington and went in for a solo lunch around 12:30. It wasn’t busy at all, two other tables when I arrived. Please support this new restaurant! I was quickly greeted and seated by the window. Got my usual Beef Pho with rare beef, brisket, and meat balls $17.50. I mentioned above the meat was good, the rare beef wasn’t rare or prob cooked quickly in the broth when poured. It was very satisfying broth. I don’t add hoisin sauce and sriracha so I can really taste how good it is and good pho broth does not need those condiments. I like the vibe and the server was very nice! Would definitely come back and it’s better than other pho restaurants I’ve also tried.

We were craving pho and found the perfect spot at this restaurant. We tried the tofu & veggie eggroll vermicelli and the brisket pho. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. The staff was also very friendly.

This is possibly the worst PHO in PDX. It’s the only Pho nearby, so we gave it a try. The place is not clean and terribly unappealing. We could overlook that if the food was good, but it’s not. The food was bland, mushy and overpriced. The staff were fairly welcoming, but then pretty inattentive once we sat down – which was kinda weird since it was basically empty on a Saturday evening. Skip this place and go to Franks Noodle House.
