A fantastic place. We ordered Vegan Pho and Shrimp vermicelli bowl. They were both delicious and extremely healthy. Store’s ambience is nice. Staff is polite, friendly and customer service is excellent. There was no wait time even if they were extremely busy. They were very efficient in seating us and taking orders. Indoor and outdoor seating was available. Location is fantastic as it’s right in the heart of Palo Alto downtown at University avenue. This is my goto place for Pho. Plenty street parking available at under 5 min walking distance. I would go back there for all my Pho needs!

I ordered Fish cake and shrimp vermicelli bowl. It was okay but not amazing. It is more like on the bland side. My family ordered other dishes which were also not flavorful enough to our taste; even the grilled meat were not well-marinated, it was bland again.

Tony was our server and he had excellent service and was very friendly and welcoming and very cool had the pho special tasted absolutely amazing had brisket steak and green onions would 100% recommended the popcorn chicken was also amazing and the lemongrass bahn mi tasted amazing as well if you are in the area I 100% recommend you stop by and Go here.

PHO SURE! Perfect on a cold day! I popped in for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised. I had the chicken pho—the broth was flavorful and the chicken very lean. The portion sizes are perfect and the prices very reasonable. They have a great selection of pho, banh mi and lots of appetizers. I love that they serve you water with cucumber as soon as you sit down. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. The place is really clean too. I will definitely be back.

I came here to grab a late lunch. Customer service is outstanding! I tried #38 which is the grilled chicken with white rice. I also had a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. All I can say, the food was delicious, flavorful and the wine complimented very well. The Vietnamese coffee here is the best that I’ve had. Definitely looking forward to trying other dishes when I come back.

10$ for orange juice .. it was a 12 oz cup and they filled some of it with hot water (idk why) and ice so it wasn’t even the full cup with real orange juice. I tried to cancel my order before they even squeezed the oranges but the owner refused and proceeded to say” orange juice is good for you” as if that explains the outrageous price. I get inflation and all but this is absurd and a scam. I will not be back again and will make sure to post my review on all food review platforms so consumers are all aware because this is not acceptable.

Ordered the Papaya salad and it was absolutely delicious unlike anything I’ve ever had at any bay area restaurant. Extremely clean flavors that was very refreshing and not overpowering with nice hints of lime and basil. Maybe not quite traditional since the fish sauce was very light but I found it was absolutely delicious.

Simple lunch place but expensive pho . The service is bad.. when we sat in and the waitress kept on coming to ask are you ready to order. Give me a break and I need to see the menu for my very first visit.. try to order a free running chicken pho and I asked what kind of meat and she said random meat of the chicken. When I asked can I have the drumstick instead but she said random! And I ended with seafood pho that cost $18 a bowl.. pho noodle soup came but the noodle all stick together like have been cooked and left it there for awhile.. I have to slowly break it and not to spill the soup on my shirt! Ordered a coffee but never serve .. asking for a cheque and waited long but told to go counter and pay instead! Bad serve and average and food..
