It’s soooo nice to have a pho place in St Joe! Tried P1 and V1 – both delicious . Although my broth level was quite low and temp wasn’t super hot that brought a bowl of hot broth and made it right. The V1 was sooo good and meat and tendon was delightful . Atmosphere is so gorgeous beautiful lights, furniture, and wall murals…the whole package was so pretty. Service was pretty good. There were only a few servers when we went and they were very busy so not a ton of time to check on how you like your meal or if you need anything else. I do think it would be good for servers to check back after the food is served. Because nobody checked on us we had to go to the front to get assistance. Prices were pretty good. I mean, its unique cuisine for the area so not bad. I excited to try some other dishes next time! Overall impression was a solid 5 stars. Side note – place was super clean and bathrooms were clean as well.

We ordered the vermicelli bùn, the meat was very rubbery and you could not chew it (see photo). Broth tasted good, service was good, nice atmosphere.

The food taste good and the staff was very nice. The building is nice and seemed clean. The prices were appropriate. However I would likely not go back. We were eating and I watched a man come from the kitchen and take his children to his car with latex gloves on, he got in his car and left I’m assuming to take them home, he returned with the same latex gloves on after touching the door to leave, while in his car, then touching the door to come back in the restaurant. I’m only assuming if he’s wearing gloves he’s cooking and now cooking in the same gloves he was using in his car and outside. This is completely unsanitary to say the least.

Wife and I shared an order of spring rolls and egg rolls. Both were delicious and the spring roll came with the only peanut sauce I have ever liked. We each got our own pho with different proteins. Not only were they both delectable, we both had about half left over! The packaging and extras that come with the take-out was top class! Will definitely be regulars here.
