Love love love!! My new fav. Pho place! Great portions of meat to noodles ratio. I got the beef stew pho and hubby got the combination. My beef was so tender! So good!! I always get a coffee with condensed milk and this one did not disappoint! Only thing I would have liked my coffee hot. But that’s the only thing I would change. The service was awesome. Super friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend

I dropped in for a late lunch. The waiter was great and took the time describe the various dishes to a newbie. I had the best lettuce wrapped chicken I’ve ever eaten !!
I also had the roast duck soup which was fantastic. I will absolutely be back to explore the menu more.

We often have lunch in this place with a partner. Always clean and cozy. Cooked very tasty. The dishes that we order can be seen in the photo. Polite and attentive staff. I recommend it to everyone.)

This place gives you the same amount of noodles no matter what size bowl you get, so if you want more soup than noodles then this place is for you, but I’m personally disappointed with this. Hopefully they read this and give the correct portions of food and stop robbing people of their money.

Hands down the best pho in my neighborhood. The broth is fantastic & is served piping hot. The salt & peppered eggplant is very good. I enjoy it with a side of sweet & sour sauce. The Peking Pork ribs has a sweet glaze & is finger licking good. As it heats up, the strawberry shake is one of my favs as well as the vermicelli bowls with grilled pork & chicken. Fast & friendly service. Prices are affordable and portion sizes are big enough for sharing. Great for take or dine in. Parking gets a bit crazy in this plaza so try parking around back. There’s a back door entrance to Hoa Viet so you don’t have to walk all the way around to the front.

Bad. Rice was old and hard and the food is over priced. The place was empty and I can understand why. The rice was basically half of the meal and was basically inedible . Only thing that I really enjoyed was the pork chop . Very disappointed. Service was good though.

I was in the area and decided to get a couple of appetitizers to go. While placing my order, I noticed a sign that said to the effect, “do not take your order/s from the counter without having it be given to you by a staff member. ” I waited for about ten minutes and the hostess who took my order came to the counter and pretty much threw an order on the counter causing a loud noise. She immediately turned and went back to the food service area, waiting for more orders to come out of the kitchen. About 5 minutes later, a customer walked in and went straight to the counter to pick up her order without even checking in with the hostess. The hostess did not pay attention to what was happening at the counter either despite seeing the customer grabbing her order and leaving. The customer looked at me and I looked at her as she walked out. Several minutes went by and seeing the other customer take her order without informing the hostess I decided to go check if the order the hostess threw on the counter was mine and sure enough it was mine! I waited twenty minutes for an order that I could have gotten in half the time. Such terrible customer service. They take your money but do not care if you get your food or not. If you want it, check for yourself. To top it off, the food I received was even more disappointing. The shrimp and pork spring rolls were small, did not have mint, cilantro, cuccumber or any other veggies other than noodles, bean sprouts the tiny half slice shrimp and super thin slice of pork along with the lettuce as wrapper. The roll had NO flavor and so unappetizing. The food you get is not worth the money you spend. Needless to say, I will not be making another trip to this establishment in the future.

Great tasting Vietnamese food here. We stopped by for a quick lunch ordering pho and rice dishes. Place wasn’t very busy and a few tables were closed to keep social distancing for customers.
Waiter and waitress are very nice and friendly also refilling our water several times.
Being next door to a gym is good too. Folks working out can stop by to replenish their calories.

The seating and the atmosphere weren’t the greatest. We sat in an old lumpy booth. Our server was an older man without much personality. But efficient enough. The food was good and prices were good. I had the mushrooms and tofu and my wife had the salad rolls with shrimp. I would go again. They had a great variety of dishes that I want to try.

Big portions! My bun was good. My mother said the pho has improved. Service wasn’t great. Sporadic and unattentive. It’s probably a good place for the neighborhood but not one of the better Vietnamese restaurants in Sacramento.
