Nothing special about this place, ordered the calamari it was mediocre at best, its was not crispy at all. The egg rolls was okay. I ordered the wonton egg noodles but they bought out some else, when I sent it back they gave me an attitude. When I got the right ordered it was not good at all, the noodles was all clump up to together and they left, broth was very light in flavor and wonton was small.

Their pho is delicious and servings are generous. My mom had to bring home some of it. The rice meals were also very satisfying. The experience at Pho Bac was a very pleasant one. The only thing I have to point out is that they charge for additional broth. Aside from that, everything was excellent!

The broth is delicious. However, it seems like they used slightly old noodles. When old rice noodles are used, they can have a distinct taste.
I really love pho, so much that I even make it myself at home, so I consider myself pretty knowledgeable about it.
The broth on its own was very tasty, but when eaten with the noodles, that “distinct taste” made it hard to keep enjoying the dish, which was disappointing.
As seen in other reviews, I also found a short strand of hair in my food while eating.
As shown in the photos, parts of the restaurant look quite worn down.
Still, it seems to be a popular local spot.

the pho here is super good and the prices are great! my family and I absolutely love pho and have eaten at a lot of viet restaurants but this is now our favorite! the chicken pho and the spicy beef and pork pho is so good with flavorful broth and lots of meat. will definitely be back soon!

Came in for brunch. We were one of the only 2 parties at the time (9 AM, Friday morning) and after being immediately seated we ordered and had our food in under 5 minutes.
I had the small phở đặc biệt (house special noodles, comes with everything) and ordered it without veggies.
The broth was delicious and the meats were quite tender. 10/10 rating from me.
This is what I’d call a mom and pop shop. It ain’t some bougie establishment but it serves good food and the service was, at least for me, spectacular. Function over form is the vibe I get from this place and so far as I can tell it functions very well indeed.

This restaurant does not deserve any stars!!! The restaurant smelled awfully horrible, but the bathroom was worst. Service was extremely poor!! The server was extremely rude!! She rushed us to order, hurried us to eat, rushed us to pay and then kicked us out!! She kept walking by speaking in Vietnamese knowing we don’t understand; I’m sure she was smack talking. Please do not support this restaurant! They stay in business because of customers. Customer’s deserves respect, not their rude service!!! Let their business go down!!!

I was skeptical cause I’m not from Stockton and the parking lot looked a little sus, but this place is IT. You definitely need to come here. It’s amazing and the food is hot and fresh and fast! Plus super affordable.

Food was good it’s been years since I had meatball pho, Vietnamese spring rolls, or a vermicelli rice bowl. Everything tasted exactly as I remember it. Service was excellent. The place is a bit run down, and messy in the dining area, with boxes, and supplies laying around. Parking is tight right next to the restaurant you’re better off parking a little ways off and walking over.

Classic Vietnamese style restaurant. Don’t expect everything to be cute. Potions are solid. I got the Bo Bun Hue(spicy beef soup) my wife got the pork chop plate. Was really good, will be back.
