Alright…. menu looks great, but on arrival a few items I wanted to get were scratched out.
Good staff forsure! But small issue…. Ordered some egg rolls and a banh mi. Banh mi was GREAT but kinda small for my hunger. Now the hard part…. my eggrolls were not fully cooked, like the center was still frozen.

I really dislike leaving a not positive review but I couldn’t just stay quiet. I ordered a chicken fried rice and side of orange chicken. The fried rice was fluffy rice and not fried and had fridge taste on it. Wouldn’t recommend.

Always excellent food! Delicious and fresh and what kind people running this truck. It is a food truck at a far station, so nothing fancy, but there’s a picnic table if you need. The food is worth it!

So delicious! I got the Combo Pho and Egg Rolls. Both made it home 20 minutes and were delicious. I warmed the broth some after the drive. Yum! Will eat again.

We just left from this place, and the food looked and smelled great. The plates were super light, though, so I wasn’t surprised when the portion was small… especially for that price. We were told for our two plates that our total was 29 dollars and some change, but our card for charged for over $32. The food, however, was decent, no complaints, really. My husband enjoyed his more than I did. But, next time, if I choose to return, I’ll make sure to get my receipt bc none was given at the time of service, and I didn’t think to ask for it.

There’s not many Asian restaurants in Taylor, but I am glad I found this Asian food truck! The pho is exceptional and very flavorful. This is my new go to place! Make sure to get the Thai tea as well!

I came here with my family and had an “okay” experience. We ordered Steak Pho, Pad Thai, Chicken Banh Mi, and Pork Eggrolls.
Steak Pho came out piping hot and did taste like “authentic” Pho but flavors were “okay”. Pad Thai was bad, overly sweet, and instead of actual padthai noodles – pho noodles were used.
Chicken Banh Mi was good. The bread/baguettes weren’t crispy and I think was panfryed with butter making the bread soft. I prefer a softer bread so this did not bother me. Pork Eggrolls was good and came with the correct sweet/spicy sauce.
Customer service was good and food came out fast. Gas station parking lot so don’t expect best atmosphere.
Overall the place was “okay” considering it’s in Taylor. Miles better than Bien Hoa Restaurant in Hutto. I will not be returning and rather drive into Austin or Pflugerville for my Pho fix.

The lady that runs the truck is very nice and good service. $14 for the won ton soup. It was average not authentic like I would get at the same price at din ho or first Chinese bbq. It was the basic American style won ton. Over priced for the quality and portion. The wings were very good. I saw her using a bottle of store bought sauce for the wings. Six wings for $12 you could do better at home. I am staying neutral at 3 stars. I personally am going to save my money and go to a better place but all up to what you like.
