I just love this Vietnamese spot! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the flavors are spot on. I’ve been here a few times, and consistency is key – every dish I’ve tried has been amazing. Highly recommend!”

Unfortunately food was good (at first) then half way through eating i found a bug in my food…. I calmly put it on a napkin. Stopped eating , and walked up to register. Went to check out. Explained the situation , show them and they still tried to charge me full price. After telling them I would not be paying for the food that I didnt eat and had a bug in it! They acted like I was wrong … I got other items which I had no problem paying for. They wanted full balance still. Only after telling them I would announce to the rest of the restaurant how I found a bug in my food they decided to take it off the bill.

Experience started well .. would have probably given then another chance (eventually) but after the way the handled the situation. I will NOT return to this store

This was my first time but not my last time . The pho was fresh and amazing. Service was excellent. The broth of the pho was delicious and flavorful. I ordered the vegetarian Pho along with a tofu summer roll . It was so fresh. One of the best I’ve had .

Went here with my family after my daughters commencement today and the service from our waitress was horrible. Since we never had Pho we had questions when ordering and she wasn’t helpful at all so we just ordered whatever we thought might be right. She forgot our appetizer and that wouldve been cool but she brought over the rest of our food and never came back the entire time! no hows everything, no do you need anything else. We sat there waiting to pay until we had to just get up and go over to the register to pay. The short interaction we did have with her was cold and unwelcoming and she kept cutting me off while I was trying to ask her about the dishes although we were very kind and warm to her but she was very welcoming to another group (of asian decent) that came after and sat behind us. A guy did come out and ask if everything was ok and he had a much better energy about him. But heres the kicker they charged an automatic 18% gratuity for 5 people and a baby. Like who counts the baby. Then they are charging a service fee for using debit cards which is illegal. The guy eventually did refund the service fee to one of my party. 2 bowls of Pho, beef and rice and a plate of fried rice was $90. The fried rice was $15! I got the vege pho without the pho for personal reasons and the veges were chewy and had a weird freezer taste so i didnt eat them and only drink the broth. The broth was ok but it was sweet which i didnt like. We will never go there again and honestly this experience has made us skeptical about vietnamese dining in general at least in this area. The food itself was mid and not worth it at all.

When I first visited this restaurant I really enjoyed it! So I came back again & the experience started to get worse. They have bubble tea on the menu & it’s a must try but every time I came after the first they always claimed they were not making any but they clearly had bubble teas at the counter waiting to be picked up by online delivery services. This happened to me multiple times & I consider the times I’ve stopped by to be reasonable times of the day. I really wish the service was better & they honored their menu because it would really allow me to give them a higher rating. The food is good. Service & ability to honor their menu BAD!

Food was excellent. Reasonably priced. Atmosphere was nice but the restaurant was too cold. We asked them to raise the temperature, which they did.
