I brought my sister here because I had a great experience the first time, but after this visit, I was disappointed.
This platter costs $32.95 and just isn’t worth it anymore. While the meat was tasty, the portion size and quality have gone downhill. The meat slices were small and thin, the shrimp were cut in half and much smaller than before, and they even served old cucumber slices.
You can get a similar platter elsewhere with fresher ingredients and more meat for a better price.

Overall, the food was absolutely delicious! The grilled chicken is the highlight perfectly charred on the outside with a sweet and savory glaze, while the meat is incredibly tender and juicy. Paired with the vermicelli noodles and light fish sauce, the flavors are rich and well-balanced.

The green papaya salad is tangy, refreshing, and appetizing. The shrimp is fresh and bouncy, and the combination with peanuts and fresh herbs is spot on. The fresh spring rolls are thin and chewy on the outside with a light, refreshing filling a perfect appetizer to start the meal.

Additionally, one of the female staff members left a strong impression. Although she wasn’t the main server for our table, she was attentive, always checking on every table and greeting customers with a warm smile, which made the experience even better.

Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and I will definitely come back again!

It was a good dining experience until it came time to cut the birthday cake before we paid. Liam came over and said “No outside food allowed!” and then walked away before I could even react as I was stunned. I’ve never been turned away at any other restaurants in the Greater Vancouver for trying to celebrate a birthday. Extremely disappointed!

Overall, the food quality was good and the other servers were fine. It is certainly on the pricey end for Vietnamese food, but the ambience was nice. The quantity was sufficient as well.

But with the way the meal ended, it was quite a shock to say the least.

Decent pho spot in Richmond that features a large menu and has a pretty nice interior. Their food service here is also solid as they are very attentive.

Pricing wise, they are more expensive than other pho restaurants and I think that’s why a lot of people don’t like this spot. The pho itself is good. The wings are not what I thought they were, more like BBQ wings.

We stumbled upon this place by chance and went in without any big expectations, but the food turned out to be amazing! We ordered the mango salad, pho #18 and #19, and spring rolls. Everything was super fresh and clearly made with care. The atmosphere was cozy and clean, with lovely decor, and even the washroom was neat and tidy. Both phos had plenty of meat and a rich, flavorful broth. Overall, a great experience. we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Richmond!

I won’t go to Richmond if I don’t have to. Drivers there stresses me out and I’m Asian. I’ve seen this Vietnamese Costco of a restaurant driving by a couple times already. My judging ass already thought it was probably a Chinese knock off. I usually only try to support the mom and pop
Joints. But screw it I was curious . The sheer size had me feeling like this was a Vietnamese restaurant on the top floor of a Chinese mega mall in China. The portions were big enough and the broth was flavorful. Prices were higher than competitors but inflation hits different in Richmond. The service was friendly and also no nonsense. The fast food paced vibes, I swear made me eat faster. End of the day, this place was better than I expected.

This restaurant can do better and improvements need to be made. It’s gone down since the last time I was there and I’ve been here at least a dozen times. I had the large Special Rice Noodle Soup (their house special Pho Dac Biet). The soup was very salty and the pho flavor was lacking and bland. It came out piping hot and portion was good, but for $21.50 I expect a lot better. There are better pho restaurants out there with $16-19 bowl of pho. The veggie portions given was laughable and had one strand of basil leaf and a short stem of culantro with bean sprouts. I overheard the table next door complaining about the condiments also. Service was great from the lads taking the order and delivery of the food to the table. I like that they serve you hot tea. Please note, you will need to go up to the counter to pay for your meal and they accept cash or debit card only. I may come back but I’m leaning towards skipping this restaurant next time and go somewhere else. Reviewed October 4th, 2025.

I wanted to like this location (who doesn’t like pho?), but… Warning to anyone planning on celebrating birthdays here – they will not allow you to eat the cake (“outside food”). They made no indication of such a cake-policy when they stored the cake for us when we entered. First time for everything, right? Lol

While the vast majority of servers were considerate, one server (won’t call you out, Liam) smirked at us, repeatedly, after we were barred from the cake-eating. It may not have been out of malice though, because he seemed to have some neurological developmental delays

I stopped by on a whim, and it was so good! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and everything was clean and well kept. The dish I really wanted to try was sold out, which was a bit disappointing, but overall it was such a satisfying lunch. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I heard from a friend that this place also has a branch in Toronto. The restaurant is spacious and comfortable. Since it was a weekday and not quite mealtime yet, it wasn’t very busy. I ordered the S-size special rice noodle soup — the portion was generous, and the broth tasted pretty good. I’ll definitely come back to try other dishes next time.
