Phở Anh is traditional Vietnamese cooking restaurant located in Riverside, CA. We only use fresh ingredients, minimal use of dairy and oil, complementary textures, and reliance on herbs and vegetables. It is also low in sugar and is almost always naturally gluten-free, as many of the dishes are made with rice noodles, rice papers and rice flour instead of wheat. With the balance between fresh herbs and meats and a selective use of spices to reach a fine taste, we would like to introduce the Vietnamese food which is considered one of the healthiest cuisines worldwide to everyone. We can do online pickups and deliveries such as Doordash, Grubhub, Uber Eats, etc. Please do not call our number for advertising or calling ahead for dine in!

I’m very disappointed and angry, I’ve been coming here for a while to eat and today i experienced a dead fly inside of my pho , another time i came with my brother we sat at the table on the left side of the restaurant and seen the cook in the kitchen touching raw beef, and shrimp with no gloves after touching on everything else . The food is cool but they are clearly very unhygienic leaving me with a sickening feeling in my stomach not knowing if i will get sick.. not to mention the manager did not seem sympathetic and denied everything

Drive by and saw the Pho Anh sign as we passed by and had to turn around to try this new place although it has been opened since a year ago. We tried the calamari and it was pretty good, more meat than batter. My shrimp fried rice with fish balls was flavourful and service were beyond excellent! Will be back anytime soon.

We tried all the Pho in most Riverside county. We like to go to Pho Ha but Pho Anh is another great place to go. Service is excellent and no pressure on the check ( not like Pho Ha the lady is staring at you when you tip her )
Great selections on pho and good size, very generous portions. The banh mi beef is not the dry grilled texture but more watery saute taste which is not my favorite, not the typical one. For the rest they deserve a high rating.

Came here on a whim when my fiancée and I were both hungry and unsure what to eat. Food service was quick and the waitress was nice. Food portions were on the larger side.
Some items were on the more spicy side but I don’t say that as a negative.

I’ve been struggling to find a pho spot that I loved, and this place has to be the best! I can’t decide if I want to eat the noodles or drink the broth first. The bowls are gigantic and definitely worth the money. The vegetarian pho had plenty of vegetables and a delicious broth to match. Nothing bland here.
My only complaint is that the price for drinks is not worth it when compared to the size.

Food was decent. Service was non existence, sat down for 20 minutes before someone offered to take our order. Homeless man cane in and started eating off someone’s leftover food. I tried to tell the staff but he just brushed me off. Seems like only 3 people operated the restaurant. I asked for a dipping bowl and the servicer handed me one while he was in the middle of cleaning a table, the bowl had his finger print inside.

I have to start by saying the service is phenomenal! I got there 30 minutes before closing and they still seated me. I ordered the special pho with rib, LOVED IT! Omg. The egg rolls were good too. Mango tea a little sweater than I’d like, but this is my spot now!
The broth wasn’t as clean as I liked, but packed so much flavor! Meat was soooo tender! The rib was falling off the bone. I’d actually ask for extra noodles too bc it was so much meat! I didn’t really care for the shrimp wraps, they were fried too hard.
