FOOD – we ordered pho soup and salad both were good however the soup could’ve been testier and spicier. Taro milk was the best not too sweet and just so good.

A colleague claimed this place had the best PHO around. Unfortunately the broth was just ok, needed more flavor, and the dish lacked protein. I know Pho does not have much protein but you can do better than this. If this place is near you and you have a craving give it a try.

Update: it’s been more than a year since I came here as a regular customer. The quality, portion of food is always consistently delicious and fresh. The owner and staff are super nice with attention to detail, and welcoming. They remember our usual orders every time from small detail such as less sweetener for our drinks. The Vietnamese ice coffee is Oh my god!! They make the most delicious ice coffee in the world. You must try it. I’m so happy I found my best Vietnamese restaurant in Jupiter. I highly recommended. Thank you Pho and Rolls!

10 stars ! This was so fresh and delicious . Tucked away in a plaza.i ordered the chicken pho and added shrimp. I added my heat to my preference . My daughter ordered the Korean short rib platter. We also enjoyed the Fresh shrimp spring rolls with home made peanut sauce. Strawberry tea boba is on point. Everything made fresh to order so be patient! Don’t sleep on this place it’s a real gem !

I am picky about my Pho, but this place was amazing! Everything was great, but I would live off of that broth alone! I got the beef pho (I got it without meatballs because eye of round forever)

Brought was delicious and there were plenty of protein.
The pork fresh rolls had unique crunch. I’ve lived in many large cities and though there’s not many Pho places in the Palm Beach Gardens area, this place ranks very highly. Not Houston or NY level, but definitely beats out a lot of Atlanta and Charlotte Pho.

I had the tofu pho with two shrimp rolls, while my husband enjoyed the beef pho and two pork rolls. The flavors were incredibly fresh and authentic—a true delight for the taste buds. The iced Vietnamese coffee was the perfect finishing touch. And at under $20 each, it’s an unbeatable value and quailty. We were soo full I had to take half my pho home and 1 roll (yay dinner is sorted) Great portion sizes. If you’re craving high-quality, flavorful pho without breaking the bank, this place is a must-try!

Food and Thai iced tea drink were great. The lemongrass chicken baguette was very tasty. The shrimp pho was great too. Just need to add the sciracha or hoisoin sauce for added flavor. The peanut sauce and rolls were good too. Please take note that when adding boba to the Thai iced tea, it is not just $3.50 plus 50 cents more for the boba as written on the menu but $2.25 more. It does not say that on the menu in the restaurant nor on the hand out menu. Nor was i informed when I placed the order. When I inquired I was told the additional charge was due to when the boba is added, the drink size is larger, hence the $6.25 charge for the drink. The menus are misleading. I think it would have been better if I was told of the extra cost $2.25 when placing the order. The worker told me they are aware of the issue and are going to have the menu changed.
Overall, I really liked the quality and flavor and options of savory or sweet sauces. This is southern Vietnamese food. Definitely, worth trying. I will return again.
