Well for starters I was excited to find a pho place closer than midland for me! The atmosphere was comfortable, and felt like being at your moms or grandmas. No pressure vibe, calm and inviting. The pho, while not the most aromatic broth I’ve had, was good and still curbed my craving. The dumplings were super good and the winner for me was the lemongrass beef sandwich. The flavors, whoa! The lady was all by herself, fast still and efficient and super sweet! Mind you their sign is missing out front and it almost looks like it’s not there! My daughter and I will most definitely be back and I’ll be dreaming about that sandwich!

The town and this place make me feel like in a video, or a tv show, like in the Fallout tv show but clean(inside only).. food taste good but not done as most of the Pho restaurant, missing most of the vegetables, and it looks like the food was prepared, storeed in the fridge and then just warmed up again.

I am a very picky eater, so I decided to give her food a try. When I tell you I can eat from there every day. The owner is a talker and I love that. She tried her best to make sure, we knew what we were ordering cause we had never had it before. Hands down I recommend every one give her food a try, you will not be sorry. It will take a bit for your food, but she’s by herself, but so worth the wait I promise.

Surprisingly, the food is very good. My wife had the grilled salmon salad and I had the spaghetti with meat sauce. I can honestly say the sauce did not taste like it came from a can. The only downside was the wait, but that was obviously from the lack of staffing. And after eating our meal, it was well worth the wait. No more having to go to Odessa or Midland for a decent meal.

This place just opened 3 days ago. It’s refreshing. I had the Fettuccine Alfredo, delicious sauce that actually has a proper flavor. The noodles were perfect the perfect texture. My partner had the Beef round steak and brisket Pho, best taste we’ve found in west Texas. Didn’t need to add anything to it this time. Serving sizes were great, filling without a lot of extra. Give this place a try, we will surly be back to try more items. Prices are very fair.

Highly recommend!!! We thought pho and Italian was a weird combination but it was amazing, I got the steak and shrimp pho. A bit pricey we paid $63 for what you see in the pictures. Don’t regret it though as it was delicious. Shrimp fried rice also was very tasty.

Very good food from the Italian to the pho you can find something you like. Just good home style cooking. She is a one cook army server and cook. It’s quite impressive she is very nice and prompt. I highly suggest you come and try it!

Food is always amazing. Just one person cooking it all. Her seasoning of certain dishes are better. And if you are a regular, which I am, and you get the same dish. She remembers. Try anything all the food is good.
