Rule of thumb was to never Pho it up in Richmond. Pretty sure it’s Chinese owned. Why are the PHO prices super inflated in Richmond? Price gouging the rich asians? $20 ( tip included ) for a SMALL that was TOO small. Stingy with the basil and the broth was a little too sweet. When the price vs food ratio is unsatisfactory I become a grumpy reviewer. I expected this though.

one of my favourite places to eat!! I come here with my partner and we get 1 large bowl to share which is enough for us and I find the price is a great deal that way. The salad rolls as well feel very reasonably priced to me and i looove their peanut sauce 🙂 When we eat here its about $20 a person and we leave full and satisfied. The atmosphere is always so nice when we come dine in, the music is gentle and quiet enough for me who has more sensitive ears and gets distracted by loud noise easily, I always feel very comfortable eating here. In terms of service food arrives quickly and they are efficient and polite 🙂 This place is also very close to bus stops and the canada line skytrain station, as well as having parking in the back!

I love this pho place for the texture of their rice noodles, it’s the only place I’ve found where the noodle aren’t soggy. It’s cooked just right. The broth and toppings are decent, although not the best that I’ve had. The chicken here is pretty good, would recommend. Their spring rolls are probably a miss though. This is definitely one of my comfort food places.

Came in for lunch on Sunday afternoon. Food arrived promptly which was definitely appreciated as we had two children. Lemon grass chicken was flavourful and tender, and not too fatty (like many places). The kids also enjoyed the beef noodle soup. Bread on the meatball banh mi was warm and crispy although the meatball serving could’ve been slightly more generous. Overall a very nice place and will come again!

Really lovely and relaxing atmosphere. Perfectly cozy for an autumnal evening with my partner, quiet and relaxed. Service is to the point which I have no issue with! Great tasting food at a reasonable price and the staff has always accommodated our requests for different or more sauces. My new spot!

I love the food it tastes great but $16 for a (size small) snack size portion is crazy. I have a small appetite and usually the large size is perfectly fulfilling, other restaurants large I can’t finish (which means they give better portions than here). I ordered takeout and had to add my own noodles unfortunately.

Bun Bo Hue (spicy noodles) is quite good here. Broth is flavourful and mildly spicy. The other dish, pork skewers, spring roll, and shredded pork on vermicelli is alright. I thought that they were not generous enough with the pork, given the price. Prices a bit on the high side, though, the service is attentive and quick. Recommended for the noodles.

2025.10.13 Their rare beef pho soup is very tasty. I’m surprised this place isn’t more busy, it’s Vietnamese cuisine quite excellent.
2025.09.01. This Vietnamese restaurant is next door to John 3:16 Malaysian restaurant. Air conditioned comfort. Their Banh Mi Vietnamese sandwich is excellent, French baguette with a thin crispy exterior, airy bread with its lemongrass grilled pork full of flavor; vermicelli with grilled pork, egg roll was refreshingly tasty. Free WiFi, credit cards accepted, but not Amex. Excellent food, mediocre service, atmosphere was acceptable.
