PHO ABC is the greatest foreign establishment in America. They are the best of the best, they’re the OG and the GOAT.
I first came here after I ditched music class in high school back in 2013! I can say, I grew up seeing their staff grow up. This place is always packed and there is a very good reason for that.
Think about it; this place has at least 500 immaculate dishes, deserts, drinks with 2 chefs and 10 servers yet somehow EVERY items comes out in less than 7 minutes while your local McDonald can never serve you basic ice cream.
A million starts goes to them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️

Some of the best pho I have ever had! I ordered their brisket pho today & it easily was a thousand times better than the other brisket pho I recently had. The quality of the meat and the thinness of it is exactly what I waa hoping for. Thank you so much ABC!

We picked this spot for a birthday dinner, and it was a great decision. The service was energetic and attentive, even bringing out an extra dessert to celebrate. The table shared vermicelli bowls, sizzling beef, and shrimp rolls—everything fresh and delicious. The festive environment, filled with chatter and music, made the night unforgettable.

Simply incredible place! Every time I come to Folsom, I always go to this restaurant. Always fresh and very tasty food. And if you like soups, they are great here!

This place is pretty good and can be somewhat busy around lunch time. I haven’t been here for dinner it’s probably busy as well. Very friendly staff and they are quick to get your order in and the food on your table. The Pho is authentic and very tasty. The spring rolls are also a must try, they melt in your mouth!! I highly recommend this place.

Decent food. Service is sub par, but that’s a bad reason for the low score. The main reason is that it consistently smells like dirty water. You know, the smell of old water thats been sitting there forever, or those old towels thay smell. The table, chairs, the sometimes wet menu. Why? Clean towels to wipe things down might help? I don’t run a restaurant so maybe I’m just ignorant and don’t know what I’m talking about.

Went there for dinner last night. They have 3 sizes of pho and I had the midsized bowl that is called large. It was plenty big. They have little icons next to popular pho soups so just ordered #1. Very generous with the meat and of course lots of rice noodles. Great service too. The waiter came by multiple times to see how we were doing.

I’ve lived so close to this restaurant for over 15 years and the food is FANTASTIC! There was a gap between visits of about 8 years, until recently, and I think their food has gotten better somehow. My daughter and I crave it. We usually get the A5, A7, 52 and 53. Great prices and portions are shareable if you get 2-3 different items. The nuoc cham has great flavor, but not spicy at all! I don’t see any garlic either, but a few soft red flakes. I am not sure if I can request it spicier? But I make my own at home anyway and add lots of chopped garlic and chilies. I don’t usually get the pho, but the rice and vermicelli dishes are

Stopped at this place as I was traveling back home & craving Pho. I was pleasantly greeted coming in the door. The Pho was so delicious! The rest of the menu looked yummy as well! The staff was very attentive during my meal. Will definitely return next time I’m in Folsom!
