I see why this place is highly rated in this area. A repeat customer every time I am in town. Already knew the food was going to be bussin just based off the thai tea. Pho broth is rich and flavorful, with a generous amount of meat and noodles included for a balanced bowl of deliciousness. The pork chop is also delicious! Very friendly and attentive staff. Great music 🙂 We will for sure return. Highly recommend!

The broth is rich and smooth, and the lemongrass chicken and prawn rice was “yummy,” according to my 2 year old. Well priced for portion sizes.
The service was outstanding, with the waitresses and waiter being very consistent and respectful the entire time.
I wouldn’t suggest eating here for picky eater kids, but for kids who love to explore flavors, this place is very kid friendly and accomadating.

My family and I have been on the look out for another good Pho place (you can’t collect too many), we’re happy to have found this gem! The service was great, we were seated quickly, the hydration kept coming! The broth was the star of the evening, which is what we were after. To save face I did not lick the bottom of the bowl, but just know dear reader, I wanted to. We all enjoyed our various choices. We will be back to fill up those punch cards! Thank you Pho 99, keep up the good work!

This Pho restaurant was very busy. Luckily, we were sat in about 10 minutes. Service was ok. We ordered the Pho Tai and my kids had the BBQ Pork plate with fried spring rolls. The spring rolls were so good that we ordered more. The Pho soup was ok and the meat was tender.

Awesome place! Food is super good. Tied with the best Pho I’ve had in the states besides a hole in the wall in Brunswick Georgia. Place is clean, staff is friendly, and prices are good for amazing food!

The best pho in Bellingham! Always consistently good and food usually comes really quick. #9 and #22 are by far my favorites. It can get kinda busy on a Friday around dinner time, but totally worth the wait.
