I can’t wait for the new owner and the new management team to open the restaurant.

This restaurant is a hidden gem! The food here is absolutely amazing. The broth is rich and flavorful, and the egg noodles are perfectly cooked. I love how generous they are with the greens and vegetables—it really adds to the overall experience.
I’ve noticed some low reviews, but I personally had no issues. It’s a small, family-run place, and while there might be a slight language barrier for some, it’s really not a big deal. Just know your order number and how you want your steak cooked (rare, medium, or well-done), and you’ll be fine.
The service was excellent. The server was so attentive, running back and forth to ensure everyone was taken care of, even though she was busy. I truly appreciated her effort.
This place has earned a loyal customer—I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Delicious as it gets ! Super fresh and highly recommend for you and your family! Bring the kids too! Price was decent and definitely worth every bite . I’m going back tonight for sure ! Extra bean sprouts are a must ! Jalapeños also! Waiter was super friendly and helpful. I ordered a Thai tea which was delicious as well !
I dressed my pho up with hoisin sauce and chili oil and a little bit of mint. Too good I swear . All the meats were tender .

Requiring a tip (15%) is evil and an invitation to go elsewhere. The service was pleasant but not attentive and not tip worthy.
This is a basic phò shop and is exactly what we expected. I didn’t use the bathroom but the place seemed clean although some of the jars of table sauces were slightly sticky.
We got an order of tofu summer rolls, phò, cafe suda and everything was fresh, hot and most excellent. The portions were generous.
We will definitely return-oh wait, they force a 15% tip. We will not return.

Me and my friend went here today and ordered only beef vermicelli noodles. I used to come here a lot with my family when there was a husband and wife handling the business. But, I went here for the first time after a while of not going, and there were three men (two assuming were the front men/waiters and one as the cook). Although the food came out fast and was good, I would say it was worse customer service than the previous times I went, as they didn’t check up on us, even though we were the only ones there, gave no waters, continually left the restaurant to smoke or get food at Stater Bros, sat next to the chairs in the front and in the back to chitchat, and go on their phones. It felt as they were uneducated on how to handle a business as they seem be new to using the cashier devices and etc. They also did not keep their surfaces clean as some tables and areas still had food or water cups on them. They paid little to no attention to their customers, and on top of that they expect automatic 15% service fee. For what service though? And what would happen if it wasn’t just one group there? Also why would you think it’s okay to leave while there’s still customers there? Right as we got in and for first 10 minutes, the two guys at the front kept looking back at me and friend (we’re both girls) in a creepy way, making us feel more uncomfortable. In conclusion, the customer service there was unsatisfactory. If there was another pho place near here, I would suggest going there instead.

The service quality is as bad as everyone says it is.
However, the food is pretty darn good!!!
I just had to walk up to the refrigerator and grab my own can of coke since the server wasn’t around.
I guess that’s what happens when the server is also the kitchen helper.
I would return for the food but don’t expect any service. Lol
Kinda like Walmart, there could be so so many people in line but they will have only 3 self-serve registers open.
You should come to this place for the food. Really!!!
Service?
Expect as much service as you would expect at walmart.

I ordered Pho. The serving size is good, the condiments were plenty, just what I like! However, I had two concerns. The noodles were soggy as others have said, they were so soggy they made the broth milky. Pho broth should not be milky. That has never been a thing before. Once I dug into the noodles, I noticed discoloration as I broke the noodle ball apart. It appears that they must make the noodles, then put them into some type of heater to keep warm and they actually got overcooked, even burned. Its either that or they are serving spoiled noodles. I cannot say for sure. Normally, I eat all the noodles, but these were just not edible. The broth had a decent flavor but had a gray color which lead me to think that it was some type of instant broth, can’t say for sure. This was the first time that I did not eat the whole bowl. That speaks volumes.

Service is kind of slow. They shorted us egg rolls on our vermicelli order. They chop of the vermicelli noodles to rice size pieces for some reason?? Food tastes ok, not great.
