The flavor of the pho was good and the restaurant has potential, but I did notice a hygiene concern during my visit. One of the staff members was touching his face, nose, and hair while wearing gloves, and continued serving food and drinks without changing them.
I understand things can get busy, but proper glove use is really important for food safety. I hope management can address this, because the food itself is enjoyable and I would love to return once this is improved.

Flavor of the Pho was honestly disappointing.. also got a fresh limeade and first drink was unmixed granulated sugar. And the waiter we had.. there were points where he just seemed like to the point and don’t pay much attention.. but not the case by the end of our visit. We asked for a just a review of the check and we got attitude, and everything he did it was almost aggressive and careless. Did not appreciate that at all. I don’t appreciate going to a restaurant and feeling that.. Left most of my pho, and half of my drink. Won’t be going back. And definitely not worth the cost.. bill was much higher than it should’ve been.

My wife and I used to love this pho! However, with the recent server, we will not return to this location. Not only does he talk on the phone his whole shift but if you ask for an item, he will roll his eyes at you and will be passive aggressive. He will be on a video call with the camera on you. He is cleaning while you eat, and rushes you as fast as possible out of the place. He lingers over you while you check out to make sure he gets a tip.
It is unfortunate because the owner is wonderful! I have discussed my concerns but it is taken lightly. We have given this location plenty of chances with no change. I recommend going to the Littleton location for friendly and kind service! However, avoid the bathrooms

This used to be our favorite pho spot up until they got a new server. BEWARE he overcharges by adding a tip for himself. He added a $15 tip on our tab, when we as customers are supposed to choose that on our part. Food is good, but will not be coming back.

Very disappointing experience. The employee was extremely rude from the moment we sat down. We were rushed while ordering, and while we were still eating, he began cleaning around us, making us feel uncomfortable and pressured to leave. And I guess he’s the only cashier because I don’t see anybody else doing so.
Before we were even finished, he grabbed our dishes without asking if we were done. On top of that, it was around 7:30 PM and the restaurant is supposedly open until 8:30 PM, yet by 8:00 PM he was already telling us to leave in a very rude manner.
This was unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers should not be treated this way, especially when they arrive well before closing time. I would not recommend this place based on the service alone.

BEWARE OF THE SERVER STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS!!! CHECK YOUR TOTAL! We were overcharged by almost 20 dollars! But we weren’t sure until later when we saw the charge on our card!!!! We had tried to get a receipt, and he claimed it didn’t work and rushed off with the kiosk thingy. The food was good, but we were really put off of this restaurant after the poor customer service and then the guy having the nerve to practically DEMAND a tip as he CLEARLY SAID WHAT WE HAD JUST PAID DID NOT INCLUDE TIP. Mind you, he snatched the kiosk thingy away as soon as it beeped that the card was accepted. Had it been up to me, he would have gotten NO TIP. However, he’s lucky my S.O. is way more forgiving than I am and she left a cash tip anyway. I was also a server for 5 years though, and NEVER in my 5 years of serving, did I DEMAND a tip, ESPECIALLY after just sitting people and taking their order. Like he not once asked if we were doing ok or needed anything else the entire time we were there. The audacity to treat customers the way he does, AND THEN ON TOP OF THAT, STEAL FROM THEM IS JUST BEYOND RIDICULOUS! NEEDLESS TO SAY, WE WILL NEVER RETURN HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PEACE OF MIND AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE. MAKES SENSE WHY HE RUSHES EVERYONE OUT AND THROUGH THEIR PAYMENT, IT SEEMS THAT HE IS CHARGING CARDS HIS TIP BY THE PERCENTAGE JUST GOING OFF OF HOW MUCH WE WERE OVERCHARGED! DEMAND HE HAND YOU THE KIOSK, DON’T LET HIM RUSH YOU AND TAKE IT, AND DEMAND YOUR RECEIPT IF YOU DO GO HERE! And he is the same guy in the review where someone said he wears gloves while touching his face, nose and hair and not changing them before going back to serving people. Wish I’d seen the reviews before going here as there was also another review stating they were overcharged as well.

This place was next in line for my quest to find the best pho in Denver. While I cannot say it made the cut, the food was still great and service was fine. One thing that I will forever remember, though, is their peanut sauce which accompanies the spring rolls. It is, hands down, the best I have ever had. My spring roll was swimming in the stuff and I asked for more to put on the pad Thai. I am still thinking about it to be honest…

Surprisingly, good food! Came here as a last resort. Now we’re deciding how often we can eat here! I ate so much and still had leftovers to bring home. Very nice and clean, good customer service and pleasant atmosphere. Good food at a good price! I would highly recommend this place!

got charged 35$ for a small pho and cream cheese wontons. didn’t realize when i swiped my card. i was waiting for it to let me tip but he took the kiosk away. looking at my card statements now i was shocked as this is my regular order and have never been charged this much. really disappointed as i had trust and just swiped without asking about the total.
