Extremely satisfied with my pho at Pho 888 in Kalispell. The service was just as delightful. Quick service and an affordable big bowl of pho. I’ll be a returning customer. (PS. My empty bowl is my best way to highlight a delicious meal.)

There are absolutely no words that can describe the wonderful customer service and food at this place! The owners are hands on and completely love their business, along with their customers. They put such great pride and effort into making sure that every customer has the best experience at their establishment. I’ve been going here for five years now, and even after I moved from Montana, every time I return this is always a go to when I’m in town. Thank you for all you do to make this one of my favorite places ever. I have pretty much tried everything on this menu and there is not one item that I have a bad thing to say about!

Favorite local Vietnamese restaurant and can’t wait to go back and try something else. I liked the chicken vermicelli bowl a little more than the beef. Vegetables were fresh, crisp and delicious. Fish sauce was mildly tangy and sweet. Service was great. We almost had the place to ourselves during dinner on a Friday night. Definitely should have more customers. I thought the retro arcade games in the lobby were a fun addition.

I ordered the flank steak pho and it arrived with meat that had a greenish tint and was mostly fat rather than actual meat. It was completely unappetizing. When I politely asked to return it, I was told the owner refused to allow a return. Instead, I was offered a side of shrimp, which does not fix being served questionable food.
I’m not sure when restaurants decided it was acceptable to force customers to pay for food that is clearly bad and inedible. While the waitress was kind and did her best, overhearing the discussion in the back only made the situation more uncomfortable. I ended up leaving without eating and will not be coming back. I do not recommend this place

We visited Pho 888 during our trip to Kalispell, Montana while visiting Glacier National Park. We arrived around 1:30 PM and found it to be quite empty with only a few people. The hosts were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed and offering suggestions. They were accommodating with our orders. We tried the vegetarian egg rolls, which were decent, similar to fried rolls. The bao bun with pork was good, but had a lot of dough compared to the filling. We also ordered two sizes of veggie and tofu pho. The broth was a bit bland, but had plenty of vegetables, so it wasn’t too bad. Overall, the food was decent, but the hospitality was excellent.

Pleasantly surprised! We decided to give it a try due to heavy construction traffic going to our normal place. It was definitely worth it. The beef and shrimp summer rolls were amazing. Both the beef and seafood pho were delicious. Service was friendly and prompt. We will return.

Ugh, I really hate to write bad reviews. Ordered pho to go and it unfortunately tasted so bad and bland, we couldn’t finish it. The broth had no taste to it. The tofu seemed dry and overcooked. The portion of noodles to soup was bad with way too much noodles and not enough soup.
The service was great and very timely. There’s good reviews on here so I could have come on a bad night, but this was my experience.
I hope there’s some improvement as I won’t be coming back for a bit. I ordered the 11 and 14.

Fantastic pho and spring rolls at this great joint. Who would have thought that you could find Vietnamese in the middle of Kalispell/Whitefish! (Coming from a Vietnamese dude from LA). Also run by a great family. Can’t wait to be back.

From the moment we walked in the door at 7:45 PM we were told no less than 10 times that they were closing at 8:30 and we needed to be gone by 8:30 and the kitchen closed at 8:15 and we needed to be out by 8:30 and it left much to be desired for atmosphere of dining and enjoying the otherwise delicious food! It seemed odd that the staff was so determined to get us out of there and gave us a very unwelcoming feeling! We were gathering for a birthday meal and checked that we were not coming after closing time but their continued reminders were VERY UNPLEASANT.

Only concerns were the basil was wilty..should be fresh and perky. Bean sprouts could be fresh as well for the Phô. Tea should be organic and fresh…not much flavor. Place is great though.
