Looked up this place on Google and saw they had 4 stars. My husband wanted to try the Pho out and let’s just say we will not be coming back. Service was horrible! As we were walking to our table the lady that owns the place sees me walking and grabs the cart to clean the tables cuts me off, doesn’t say excuse me and has the ugliest look on her face like her husband pissed her off or something! So Rude!! We ordered some appetizers (which you’ll see in the pictures) the dipping sauce for our crab rangoon was so watery. My combination lo mein had no flavor. I had to put soy sauce. My husband said his Pho was okay but not worth $15! Other reviews said they were overpriced and they are right!

I’ve ordered the bun bo hue for delivery from here twice. My food got here still super hot!! The broth is so good. They include a generous amount of beef and toppings for your pho. Price is fair for the amount of food you get. I got the shrimp spring rolls as well and lovedddd the peanut sauce they came with. The food so far has been delicious and I can’t wait to sit inside to eat one day !

The young man who waited on us very polite and attentive throughout. The Pho was very good and generously portioned. The beef Bahn Mi sandwich was a good solid sandwich, no complaints. We will likely come back.
Price did seem slightly high but reasonable. The woman owner/waitress could be a little more cheerful but it was fine.

Maybe I caught them on a bad day or bad time but this was the worse Pho experience I’ve. I did come a little over an hour before closing.
1st. The waitress was somewhat rude and rushy. You could tell she didn’t want us there. She came to check on us a lot before we got our food. But in a rushed way.
2nd. I ordered spring rolls and she looked like she put the order in.. I never received them, which is crazy because she was rushing us.
3rd. My friend ordered chicken fried rice it was horrible, portion was not work the $16. I tried the lemonade it taste like syrup. I tried the Boba Tea it’s was nasty. I will not go back again, don’t waste your money.

2. Waitress/ maybe owner is a bit spicy but she’s quick with your order and is on top with all the tables. (Today is Sunday, 3 tables)
3. Food was delicious with big portion, I would definitely return.
4. Environment looked clean. Unfortunately I sat myself at one side of the wall and I could see the filthy floor edges/wall.
5. Prices are decent, same as other similar restaurants.

Ordered a Boba had to ask the waiter 4 times but never came and ended up getting a lemonade after I finished my food, the plates were big and the servings were small, fried rice was bland as well as not having any veggies not only for me but for my family members. The orange ck was over burnt. I asked for my food to be made spicy but ended up having to put alot of hot oil to make it spicy. Even the lemonade was bad. The soup was sweet when it wasnt supposed to be. One of the orders was supposed to be no meat and not spicy and it wasnt even any of that.
They automatically charge a 18% tip for groups. Over priced as hell and ended up getting charged around $200 for mediocre food. Basically got scammed, would not recommend.

Probably could have taken a better picture. Anyway, this is good Pho. It’s not 5-star pho, but I’d eat here any day of the week. Broth was great, lots of fresh accompaniments, and serving size was above average compared to other Vietnamese restaurants in the San Antonio area.

It was Hot! A lot of noodles. I ordered the rib they gave you two ribs. A lot of fat . And it was tender ! I am so full. very good . Good flavor on the pho soup . I guess I want more veggies but that’s how it is I could not finish it I had fried crab Rangoon so yes I am full. I recommend it. The drinks boba are really good too. For one person $36 with a boba and a crab ragoon it was good most are $14

No fountain drinks, only cans which are priced at $2.06.
Restrooms do need to be cleaned up. No paper towels. Toilet was pretty filthy.
The restaurant did have a faint smell of pipe odors which at some point it goes away when you get your food.
First time, it wasn’t so bad. Would I return? Probably not.

Low key pho place it’s a vibe.
Started with the eggrolls, fried and steamed dumplings and the crab rangoo – all appetizers were fresh and good but the dumplings were my fave.
Then we all had pho or rice noodles and lo mein and everything was good. Would come back. Oh and the egg drop soup but not my fave only bc I’m not a fan of primarily eggs being the soup.
The customer service could be better. More friendly if they tried when it came to checking out or bring the check rather than trying to remember every single thing someone ordered
