I’ve tried quite a few places in Tampa and couldn’t really find what I was looking for, but this location is hands down the best Pho I’ve had in the area.
I usually order the shrimp pho and add mixed vegetables, and it’s consistently flavorful every single time. My husband typically gets the beef pho, and his is always just as good. The flavors are rich, balanced, and comforting.
Anytime we have friends come into town, we bring them here, and they always leave with the same takeaway we did. Great food, great flavor, and consistent quality.
The restaurant is always clean, and even when we order to go, the food is still fresh and high quality. Service is quick, and every server we’ve had has been friendly and knowledgeable.
This spot has definitely become a go-to for us.

I visited Pho 813 in Tampa and was really impressed! The restaurant is clean, bright, and spacious — it feels very welcoming. The pho broth is flavorful and comforting without being too salty or oily. The portion size is generous but not overwhelming, just perfect. Everything tasted fresh, and the service was quick and friendly. Definitely a great spot for a satisfying bowl of pho in Tampa!

Busy place and loud but the quick service sometimes leads to mistakes: my son ordered some grilled beef other rice, he got grilled shrimp instead. He was so hungry that he chose to just eat them all.

Great spot if you’re looking for VIETNAMESE PHO, as well as some amazingly delicious BAO BUNS. I didn’t even like bao until I tried them here. Service is always quick and excellent. Great portions as well. Definitely recommend! 10/10

We came for lunch and it wasn’t as busy as we thought it would be since the parking lot was full. Friendly staff and great service! Our food came out fast and our drinks were refilled every 5-10 minutes. The food was also delicious! Will be back if we come back in town to visit.

Disappointing! $29.99 completely not worth it! Broth is barely just past half way up the container. I paid for $4 for extra meatballs, they gave me one meatball by the looks of it! I paid another $4 for extra tendon, and there’s barely any in there!

We stumbled across Pho 813 after church for a late lunch, and wow… what a gem! Everything was chef’s kiss amazing from start to finish. The pho with thin shavings of ribeye steak was absolutely phenomenal and hit this pregnant lady’s cravings perfectly. The broken rice with shrimp was delicious, the chicken satay was packed with flavor, and the egg rolls, fresh spring rolls, and vermicelli noodles were all beyond tasty. Honestly, every dish was a winner. Can’t wait to come back the next time we’re in the area!

Food is good, the chopped green onion is used largely like Chinese noodles in northern regions. The taste has been Americanized with light sweet flavors.

Just found my new favorite spot for Vietnamese food in Tampa! Flavors were on point, variety of dishes and options. The grilled sliced pork bun vermicelli was excellent. Viet coffee is a must. Service was great, prompt and cordial. Highly recommended. A must visit when in the area.

Great place and friendly staff. I gave it 5 stars even though the Bun Bo Hue was “Americanized” and didn’t have pork blood or pigs feet, but I get it. Maybe would be good to offer both an authentic version and an Americanized version. I’ll be sure to check next time if I can get the authentic version.
