Love this place and best PHO in town! The spring rolls with the unique peanut sauce is something I crave weekly. Definitely come here if youre looking for something authentic. Also try the egg yolk soda, it tastes like vanilla ice cream float!

Amazing service! Host pulled out our chairs and opened our menus. Viet iced coffee and Thai tea were excellent. Our Pho came out within 5 minutes and our Banh Mi was superb! Pho Bo (Chin, Nam, Gau, Gan, Sach); the Bun Rieu; and the Mi Bo Kho. All delicious soups with the right “kick” to warm you up, especially during this chilly weather. Good-sized servings, and it was ready when I arrived to pick it up. We have been going to this restaurant for years; it has an authentic, friendly atmosphere, and we have never been disappointed. Looking forward to placing another order there.

Wonderful experience. Food was phenomenal, service was quick and professional. Checking out was a breath of fresh air, no annoying prompt suggesting 30 percent tips, the price is the price with tips being truly optional. Would highly reccomend especially on a cold day.

Yesterday, January 3, was my birthday and it is a long time family tradition to eat noodles on my birthday to symbolize long life and prosperity.
I really want to leave 5 stars because the food is excellent. But the way the server treated me was horrible. And it all started because I just wanted my noodles on the side. He kept asking me if I wanted a half portion of noodles so that I could get more broth, I said no I don’t need more of anything, but thank you…. I would just like my noodles on the side because I will take most of them to go, and I don’t like the way they taste in the soup the next day; they also soap up all the broth. ( I did not owe him an explanation!) But I humbly explained my request anyway. He was extremely mad and irritated then he brought me a half portion of noodles anyway. It was my first time dining in there, and I had no idea that he would not return to the table the entire time. We asked for a box, he did not come back, we were waiting for the check, he did not come. We ordered takeout, he still never returned.
We then proceeded to the cashier, and paid. This restaurant has the best Pho I have tasted, with one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had.
My father ran the several 5 star restaurants and won 3 gold metals as a CEC (Certified Executive Chef) I worked in a 5 star restaurant myself, and grew up in the industry for over 30 years. So I know everything there is to know about restaurant culture and business. But one thing I will never understand is why this man treated me this way over me asking for my noodles on the side. I don’t understand why this made him so upset, or why he treated us that way.
I am a faithful, loyal, loving customer and I am saddened by this experience.

Truly the best pho spot for me in Hampton Roads!! I’ve been to a few others and the broth always left a missing mark. The broth here? Full of flavor, perfect amount of savoriness, and always made fresh. To top it off their customer service is top notch! Food comes out quick and delicious- EVERY. TIME.

The chicken noodle soup: The chicken was one big very flat VERY tuff piece laying on top of the soup. Ask for knife to cut so I could eat… Still hard to cut and had to keep chewing, I was thankful it was just a small piece in my mouth.
Customer service was terrible, even when I was the only one in there. When ask for a tab, I was told just to come to register when ready. When I did she would not present a bill, just that will be 29.00 (approx). When I ask to see the bill, I guess I was asking for something horrible. For small chicken soup, 4 fried egg rolls and hot tea…. about 30.00 tab for lunch???? Way to high for me!
