Horrible service. There was a poor woman who was standing waiting to pay for probably like 15 minutes, and it took us 15 minutes our order to be taken. Meanwhile there was a phone ringing forever the entire time and not being answered. The food here isn’t even good. If you want pho on Oahu, I recommend the place near a Walmart called Pate, which is quite small but the food is delicious there. Also the Sriracha bottle was definitely refilled with some water lol. Just look at the photo

We ordered Bun rieu, grilled chicken vermicelli and Vietnamese ice coffee. Service really slow despite there was only 3 other occupied tables. Really we should have left and went somewhere else after feeling all the spoons and small dishes on table. It was dirty. We just use napkins, wet it with water to wipe our little dishes. Our food came. The bun rieu soup was so gross, with sour spoiled tasted. So we moved on to the grilled chicken. It was ok. Chicken was cold like it’s been sitting for awhile. The vermicelli noodles was super cold. Like how you would refrigerate. Over all foods lack quality and freshness. Really poorly food handling. As in temperature and proper food handling. Ice coffee was from stale grounded coffee. We let the owner know about the spoiled soup. She blame on shrimp paste. I explained to her it’s the soup. We both tasted the broth before eating any the meat or noodles. The soup didn’t look right. Pictures below. They didn’t offer to fix it or give us a new one. Pray we don’t have food poison. Although I like to try to support small business. This one will not get my business again. I let my friends and family know. Please don’t eat here. I paid my full bill and left them tips. No apologies or nothing. Really bad business practice.

I’ve been coming here for the past 9 years and service is always quick and kind and the pho…I don’t know what they do differently from other pho places, but it knocks all of them out of the water! Reasonable prices too. It may not be the fanciest and most modern location, but quality and service are first-rate.

The seafood #20 was nothing extraordinary. I saw it said authentic Vietnamese food and I couldn’t wait to get there and eat. Shrimp were so small and the shrimp ball /fish balls 2 out of five stars…service was not all there,I wanted to order a soda but the man never returned. Summer rolls were good the sauce for it could’ve been a little creamier. I wouldn’t recommend this place

I really enjoy this place. I have been coming here for a decade and I have been hooked! Their pho is the best, always consistently good. They have great hours too. The food is always fresh and restaurant is clean and has nice seasonal decorations. They have fair prices too! The workers are very nice. I highly recommend this place especially during colder nights!

I’ve been coming to this restaurant since high school and I absolutely recommend Pho777!! The parking may be a little crazy because it is in McCully Shopping Center, but there is usually parking on the bottom lot of you can’t find any on top.
My favorites are the Thai Tea, Rare Steak Pho, Summer or Spring Rolls (Either way you can’t go wrong). The broth is always so delicious and flavorful! The staff is friendly and welcoming! It is usually open seating so you can choose where you want to sit; there are many booths and tables to choose from. I love Pho777 because the price is unbeatable for the quality!

Had my husband order take out, we got the combination pho and an order of summer rolls. Worth it, the rolls were still a tad bit crunch but still good. I do want to return and try other things on the menu as they look like they have a lot of good selection! Oh and I love that they included a garlic oil for the pho! Delicious!

Down to earth and delicious. I loved my medium-size pho (even though it tended towards the sweeter side…), which was definitely ahearty portion, with a lot of tripe and tendon and brisket. My friend liked her mildly flavoured vegetarian tofu broccoli stirfry, which came very pretty arranged. Really kind and responsive service, and seating with space enough for a wheelchair or stroller. This restaurant is on the second storey.

The pho serving was a bit small and definitely not enought broth. A little sweet as well. The beef stew was excellent, but the beef was quite fatty. Bread was hot fresh and fantastic. The rice cake and egg appetizer was really good too.
