The pho itself was fine, not amazing but not bad. I got #11 and my mom got #15. The meat was a bit tough but the noodles were well cooked. Broth was not that flavorful. The food is a 3/5 but I would only come here if you don’t mind bad service.
Their menu is very limited, so don’t expect appetizers. It’s just pho. However, it does keep the prices down, so that’s nice
The place is cash only, but there is a convenient ATM at the entrance, so it’s not difficult
We went in and an older male server came to our table but didn’t say anything. He just stood there like he wanted us to order. I asked if we could have a menu, and he later came back and gave us one. After we decided what to eat, we tried to call him several times, but he ignored us. Eventually a lady came to our table and took our order.
When we ordered, she told us they charge a 15% tip because it’s Sunday, which already felt very unpleasant.
Anyway, we finished our meal. Also, they only accept cash.
When we went to pay, we realized that we were the only table being forced to pay the 15% tip at that time. I became very angry and asked to see other customers’ receipts to check if they were also charged 15%. None of the receipts showed a 15% tip. We even asked other customers if they were required to pay it, and they said no.
When we questioned the staff, they tried to hide the receipts at the counter and secretly write in the 15% tip. The service was also extremely rude — they literally threw the menu onto the table.
Do not go there.
The pho here is truly one of the most traditional in the area and honestly, that’s probably the only reason they’ve survived this long despite their terrible customer service. The more people ignore it, the worse their behavior becomes.
They gave us the wrong order, showed us angry faces, and completely ignored our table when we needed something. Their rule is literally: “You can only order one time.” Every visit, we still tipped 20–30% because we wanted to support them. But this time, we couldn’t.
They even argue with each other in front of customers, then take out their frustration on us, making us feel like we were being fed out of charity. Honestly, even food donations treat people better.
For the first time ever, we left without leaving a tip. If you plan to come here, good luck — maybe you’ll catch them on a good day. If not, just keep your head down, eat quietly, and hope you don’t get mad at.
Goodbye, Pho 75. Never again.
20220806 wasn’t that hungry but was in the area and decided to support a small business. I like Yu Noodles and they opened a location in this shopping center, but Pho 75 won!! I rather have Pho 75 pho!! Good thing I have cash since they only take cash. They did move the ATM by the front door from the hall in the back where the bathrooms are.
20211213 love love love this Pho restaurant. The broth is consistently delicious. Just the perfect level of flavor. This time I customize my Pho with tendons, tripe and fatty briskets. I’m getting this from now on!! So good. I ordered the regular size and it was plenty for me. I have room to consume most of the broth. I also ordered the jello with coconut milk dessert… yummy!! It’s so good.
A year ago… The service is fast!! But not overly friendly. The pho with beef broth is so tasty. One of the best in the area… Might just be The Best! I usually get chicken or seafood when I get pho. They have chicken but not seafood. I wanted to try the beef and I’m glad that I did. It was so delicious that I’m glad I ordered a large. I definitely will come back. The one thing that bothers me is that they only accept cash! I’m glad I had enough cash on me today when I decided to stop by last minute. Otherwise, no Pho for me.
