This place never disappoints! The food is delicious and atmosphere is great! The portions are perfect. I eat a lot, and large bowl of pho is very well served!! I couldn’t believe I had rice noodles left. Let’s just say, this doesn’t happen in every pho place. Not because I didn’t like them, but because it was well served. I usually get the filet mignon pho with some egg rolls and Thai tea milk boba

Worth every minute of the wait.
There were at least 8 parties ahead of us, yet we only waited about 20 minutes. The restaurant is actually pretty spacious, and once seated, the food came out fast—and it absolutely did not disappoint.
We ordered the vegetable pho and the grilled chicken with egg rolls, and every bite was packed with flavor. You can tell care goes into the food.
While we were eating, more and more people kept lining up, and honestly, I see why. This place is clearly doing something right.
Best part? Our total bill was $68 for a party of four—not even McDonald’s can compete with that these days.
10/10 highly recommended. We’ll definitely be back.

I love this place i would rate it higher if i could. The food is delicious and the service is super friendly and very fast with everything. ive been here a couple of times now and never have i waited more than 10 min to recieve my food. Taste never changes its always very freshly made.

My wife and I finally tried pho here, and wow, it was absolutely amazing! We got there about an hour before closing, and the place was packed, even with a waitlist. It’s super clear that this is a popular spot.
As soon as we were seated, a waitress was already ready to take our order. Everyone here is incredibly friendly and helpful. After we ordered, our food arrived within minutes.
We went with the #1 and #10 pho and the egg rolls. It was delicious! We were stuffed, and our pockets weren’t empty either. Great portions, Great food, and for a Great price…. Can’t beat that! I highly recommend this place!

Pho 7 Cow in National City never disappoints! The service is always perfect—everyone is so friendly and attentive. The food comes out fast, fresh, and consistently delicious. There’s almost always a wait line, which just proves how good this place really is.
My go-to is the #29: grilled pork with vermicelli noodles, egg rolls, lettuce, pickled veggies, peanuts, and their amazing sauce. Every bite hits the spot! The ambiance is warm and family-friendly, making it a place you can enjoy with friends or loved ones. Definitely one of my favorite spots in the area!

The food was fantastic, and the service was outstanding! We went for lunch, and I was worried we wouldn’t have enough time to finish our meal, but everything moved seamlessly. Our server greeted us right away with water and returned as soon as she noticed we were ready to order. From there, the speed was impressive. Our appetizer arrived within 2 minutes, and our entrées followed just 4 minutes later. The entire team works together so efficiently, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. The pho was outstanding. It was full of flavor, loaded with meat, and even the small portion was generous. I highly recommend this restaurant for a satisfying and quick meal.

Amazing food and service. But the fish tank is straight up depressing and the parrot fish color show signs of extreme stress. They have no decor in their bare tank. I mean give them a hiding rock or something bc no one can enjoy their amazing bowl of pho while being gawked at by these sad creatures. It takes from the experience.

I always order 01: House Special Cow 7. I’ve been prepping for this piping hot and delicious broth so I got the large this time. Generous meat and fresh bean sprouts, basil and lime.
A1 Spring rolls; crispy with the perfect saltiness and sweetness of their Nước chấm.
#20 / Grilled Filllet Mignon Broken Rice. Tender and well seasoned beef but I wish their broken rice menu have egg loaf and shredded pork skin.
Highly recommended Vietnamese restaurant. Customer service was great.

Food quality is subpar compared to other Vietnamese places in San Diego. I ordered rice vermicelli dish. The meat tasted like it was frozen/unfrozen a couple of times before they used it. Veggies were not the greatest either. A recommended coconut drink did not have much flavor to it. There was a line to get into the place, so maybe I got a wrong order at a wrong time, but I am not going to this place again. The service was great and prompt though. Prices are on the lower side as well.
