I stopped by this restaurant on a whim, and I’m so glad I did. The broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced — you can tell it’s been simmered for hours with care. The noodles were fresh and the meat was incredibly tender. The portion sizes were generous, and everything came out hot and beautifully presented.
The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the restaurant itself was clean and welcoming with a cozy atmosphere. You can really taste the authenticity in every bite.

I have been coming here since the summer of 2017 and I will say I am absolutely in love with this location. Not only is the broth spectacularly hearty and delicious, the staff here are always kind, pay attention to great detail, and are so welcoming, I’ve been to plenty of Vietnamese restaurants around Colorado in my lifetime, but this has my heart. Never disappoints and always such incredible tasting phõ and dishes ❤️ ! As long as this location remains open, I’ll be coming here till the day I die !

This is my go to for comfort noodles! The pho is generous and fresh. The beef broth is flavorful and satisfying and is the real base for a quality pho. Pho 7 puts the work in to create that necessary flavor profile. I come here year-round and consider it essential to my eating out pilgrimage. The Vietnamese drip coffee keeps me going. Their Boba teas are an easy take away as I run errands.

This is the best Pho restaurant, we have gone to others and we will always return to this one. The staff is amazing always a pleasant place to go. I usually come into this restaurant at least two to three times a week. Amazing place the waiters are so attentive to everybody. We drive 25 miles just to come here. Highly recommended
