My wife and I visited this spot for the first time while our vehicle was being repaired at a nearby shop. Everything tasted fresh and excellent! The waitress did a great job explaining the menu as this was my first time tasting Vietnamese food. I had the beef and stir fry with egg and my wife had the seafood noodle bowl. We also had shrimp egg rolls and pork egg rolls. Will definitely be visiting again.

Oh my goodness, first of all, my wife and I absolutely adore the people that run this little restaurant. They are the most dear and kind people.. they are so authentic and genuine…..then the Pho’….. I consider myself a bit of an Asian cuisine connoisseur, and this place does not disappoint. I have had this dish in many places, and theirs is top-notch. We frequent this establishment and you should too. Places like this deserve to keep the doors open so please give them good folks your business.

I was impressed the first couple of visits. More so the second time when trying the Money Bags appetizer which is so unique. I loved the pork filling with the bits of coconut. The outer wrapper was so crispy. I was also super happy with their passion fruit drink. It was so refreshing and it had freshly squeezed passion fruit pulp. What a treat! The Vietnamese iced coffee was also a winner for me.
The pho was served hot and fresh each time. The first time I was there I had the seafood pho. It had shrimp, scallops, calamari, fish cakes, and krab sticks. I thought the broth was full of flavor and even had notes of black pepper in it. The medium sized bowl was more than enough for me. The second time I had the chicken pho which was also really good. It was all chicken breast and no thigh meat. This time it had some crispy fried onion pieces in it. It really added to the flavor.
What made me even happier is that my husband was happy with the stir fried flat noodle dish with pork. I wish I had taken a picture of it. They certainly didn’t skimp on the pork. It was a very generous portion. He added some of the spices provided at the table which kicked up the spice level. He really enjoyed it.
Unfortunately, our most recent visit wasn’t the same. I wanted to try the Bánh Mì, but was told they don’t serve them on the weekends. Secondly, they ran out of the money bags appetizer and it wasn’t even dinner time. So, we ordered the salted shrimp appetizer which is very tasty but kind of pricey for the small amount of shrimp. My husbands noodle dish had very little protein. The Mì Hoành Thánh that I ordered was very tasty, but didn’t have a whole lot of pork or wontons. It was mostly noodles. I gave them 5 stars on another review site when it first opened, but had to bump it down to 4 stars. The quantity to price ratio is no longer the same. Plus, they have been running out of the most popular items on their menu, and cutting back on the protein. I’m hoping it was just a bad day.
So, Pho 60 is located on SR 60 in Brandon. It’s in the Main Street Shoppes where BubbaQue’s is located but it’s kind of tucked away and hidden on the west side of the plaza. Try it if you happen to be in the area.

Great authentic Pho! I ordered a large chicken pho and it was portioned generously. It was served with bean sprouts, jalapeños, and cilantro leaves. Sauces are on the table to add based on your liking. Thai tea was served cold and perfectly sweetened. My partner ordered the chicken pad thai and had nothing but good things to say.
Service was very fast with the time from order to eating in less than 5 minutes. This is now my favorite Pho place and I will be returning often.

Ordered Vietnamese fried chicken wings with fried rice trying to get a fast meal for lunch. Absolutely no taste , no salt/soy sauce/fish sauce or anything . I really wanted to love this place; the fried chicken had no flavor either. 19.00 after taxes for a plate of fried rice with chicken wings.

I love that it’s feels like home! I ordered money bag, wonton shrimps, and spring rolls as appetizer and it’s good. I ordered Bun Bo Hue, which is a little lacking of flavor but once I added the pepper in, it tasted good. The Pho both is also a little lack of flavor, but it’s not bad! The Vietnamese coffee is good. The restaurant has a lot of seats and the parking lot is good. The price is reasonable and the portion is good.

Best Pho in Brandon/Varico!
I would like to edit my review from a year ago..
They still do not have bunh mi sandwiches. They said it takes too long to make them and they may bring them back after a year just in f y I because we’ve gone there twice for the sandwich and the menu still says they have it.
Until then, there is a wonderful place off of falconburg, and 301, that has great pho and does take pride in making their vietnamese sandwiches.
