Was really looking forward to it, because it looked really good, but if you like authentic viet, not the right spot.

The service was good and the atmosphere is fine, but the food was okay at best. The fish sauce tasted weirdly watery and doesn’t taste like they add something they shouldn’t, and they don’t use the right vermicelli noodles in the pork dish.

Their pho was okay, but something was just a little off. And their spring rolls looked like they should be good, but were so small and used so much of the rice paper that it was thick.

I was casually eating my delicious Pho. While going in for my next bite I saw a bug IN my broth. I started freaking out and immediately lost my appetite. Luckily I ordered through doordash so I got a refund.

I ordered the Pho Well-Done and thought it was so delicious and flavorful that writing about it makes me wanna go visit again. The broth was so good and the noodles were very soft and yummy. I wasn’t familiar with what the tea/water that was served but it was very refreshing with the hot soup!
There was plenty of indoor dining space and I was able to be seated as soon as I walked in. The menu had a good selection as well, so I have to try it when I come back!

I stopped by Pho 420 Saigon for lunch and had an enjoyable experience. Give them a try.

Personally, I thought the pho was delicious: hearty broth, tender meat, savory ‘other parts’, and good noodles. The food came out in good time, and was piping hot/fresh out of the kitchen. The tray for the pho bowl comes with some small sides and was a nice touch.

I have been to Saigon and tried Michelin-rated pho there – this, of course, is not that – but it is hard to find good pho in northern New Jersey. The prices were reasonable to me. The staff are very attentive. The setting is cozy.

I’m not sure what to make of some of the negative reviews, which do not match my experience at this restaurant. I truly wonder if the restaurant perhaps struggled with consistency, or if there were recent changes to management or the menu? I had a positive experience here so I plan to go back.

Restaurant is clean and the staffs are polite. We came here for lunch shortly before noon and it was fully seated in half an hour. We ordered 2 pho and a vermicelli with grill meat. I like that our meals came with a tray which is nice and organized. The vermicelli bowl is very good size which came with lots of meat, quality is pretty good too. It’s one of the comfort meals we had during the New York getaway.

I’ve dined in and taken out a few times and I think they have improved quite a bit. The pho is not as oily and salty as it use to be but has more of that slightly sweet and smoky flavor pho flavor that your are use too with beef pho. I like that they use rice paper for their fried spring rolls but they are still very flat and chewy. I enjoy their version of bun, the fried shrimp rolls are nice and crispy. Just know that this is a Korean Vietnamese spot and the flavors and dishes are a little different than if you went to a straight up Vietnamese spot. Worth trying if you’ve never had it before! The staff of friendly but service can be a little slow.

Korean style Vietnamese. But oh do you want a spicy challenge? Do you think you can handle it? Haha. Good luck and get the spicy pork belly garlic pho. Super delicious but make sure you have more napkins handy as you may be wiping off tears and running nose. Crispy spring roll is huge and summer rolls are great also. The staff is excellent and friendly and accommodating.

Loved loved loved this place. We ordered shrimp summer rolls, coconut shrimp rolls, crispy shrimp rolls, crispy pork rolls, and I ordered P2 which was a Pho Rare Eye-round. We also ordered grilled pork chop rice vermicelli. I was very happy with everything I tried. The pho broth was delicious and the grilled pork chops had so much flavor. Their appetizers were amazing and they bring out a lot of side dishes. One of my favorites was this yellow radish.

Service and prive were decent. Not authentic Vietnamese taste though. Ban Mi was ok taste wise but not well packed together. Spring rolls were falling apart. Shouldn’t be using summer roll wrap for deep fried spring rolls. The inside would be like soft whereas the outside is somewhat crisp. Pho noodle soup is lacking of the herbs that of a good Vietnamese pho soup. However, the tripe and tendon was cooked well and soft. Not many places have the tripe so tender. The typical Vietnamese pho tripe is a little chewy which I also appreciate.
Not a place I’d return for good Vietnamese food. I’d recommend Pho Today in Fort Lee instead.

dont have too much expectation for korean owned viet place. I ordered the sp1 and the food is nothing like the picture. Meat is way too less and I can never finish my meat in other pho places. Some tendon is the soup is even dry and rock hard. tripe is like rubber.
