If you are thinking about it, stop thinking and go already. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and if you have questions, they are happy to answer. I have been coming here for around 3 years, typically getting the combo pho and shrimp spring rolls. They will bring out basil, bean sprouts, limes, and jalapeños, allowing you to customize the soup to your liking. The broth is salty with a slight sweetness, featuring thinly cut meat and plenty of noodles, all of which consistently taste high-quality. The shrimp spring rolls have a great fresh crunch, with the addition of the peanut sauce tying it all together. I recommend sitting outside for the fresh air, as the inside can get a bit hot at times, which makes sense for most people eating a hot soup in a smaller space. If you want to try something new, you have come to the right place, expect a good time.

Stopped on our way up to the Bay Area from SB. Ordered the steak & brisket pho and it did not disappoint. Broth had well layered flavors. It was also savory without being too salty. The spices were aromatic and the noodles and beef were quality. Server was nice and attentive, we ate outside for a casual lunch. Support local Asian businesses.

Great little pho place tucked away in Atown. I got the beef pho and it came with all the usual sides I’ve grown acustomed to. Would definitely go back and try something new!

Pho broth was subtle and flavorful. I ordered the combination. The meatballs were very good. Pork spring rolls were ok but seemed to be lacking something. Perhaps you try them and let me know.
Overalll I was craving Pho and this establishment satisfied that well.
This is my second visit and I will return.

This is today’s experience vs the year the opened.
I think they’re a bit better than my 1st time visit. The portions are a bit better even though there’s a big price mark up on the menu.
1st time: 2018
• The Pho was very bland
• Very small portions
• Service was good BTW
• not worth returning to
2nd time: 2023
• The pho had a little more flavor
• Nice and hot
• broth was good
• decent portions of noodles and meat
• needs to add more cilantro and onions
• more sauce tray sauce choices
Bahn mi was good
Egg rolls tasted just like how my mom makes them.
This is coming from an Asian guy coming from socal, this place gets a 3 out of 5.

Stopped by for some pho on a road trip to northern cali from OC. It’s not the best pho that I’ve tasted but for the area, I think it was decent. The broth was a little bland so I had to put a lot of hoisin and sriracha but it hit the spot. The restroom can use a little cleaning tho.

We don’t have a lot of places around town to eat something that isn’t American or Mexican. Its true that I wish this place was a little more than it is and it had tripe and tendon, maybe some raw onion slices, cilantro… but I get that they are in Atascadero and the market for a little more is probably small. That said, I even love the vegan pho and the Thai and jasmine tea beverages are both fantastic. Not big city Pho, but great for our small town.

Vegan pho was filling. The broth wasn’t as rich as other places I’ve been. The vegan egg rolls were way over fried and almost inedible. We ate them because we hate to waste food, but should have sent them back.

YUM YUM ……Just picked up Vermicelli Salad and cut it all up (HUGE portion!!!), and drizzled dressing over and gonna savor my FAVORITE dish from this GEM of an eatery in Atascadero….simply delicious!!! FIVE BOWLS of Pho for PHO 4 U delicious dining gem in the heart of California wine country’s quant Atascadero. While I enjoy a hearty bowl of pho, my absolute favorite dish is their scrumptious beef vermicelli salad. Congratulations to owners Tran and Mai for satisfying Northern San Luis Obispo county’s tastebuds! My surgical recovery was so much more tolerable because I feasted on your yummy food! And, thank you again, Tran, for helping carry my takeout orders to my car during that challenging post operative time. Your concern for your customers glows ☀️brightly. If you’ve never tried savory Vietnamese noodle soups or salad, you are sadly missing out! ✨Once you try it you’ll be hooked -Kate

The pho broth was not the best I’ve had. Didn’t seem to have a lot of flavor and was bland. I asked for chili oil, but there was only 1 waitress. She was busy and forgot about my chili oil, but wasn’t her fault. Just kinda confused why they didn’t have chili oil already out for customers.
I got the combination pho and the meatballs were actually pretty good. The spring rolls were good as well.
