I ordered a Combination Pad Thai with beef, chicken, and shrimp, and it was absolutely horrible. The shrimp tasted rancid, and both the beef and chicken had an odd, unpleasant flavor that made the dish inedible. Out of concern for food safety, I threw the entire plate away.
When I called to report the issue and ask about a possible refund, I was told I would need to drive back to the restaurant and bring in the food—despite already explaining that it had been discarded. The manager insisted that no refund would be considered unless I returned the order.
I’ve been a customer for quite some time, but this experience showed a complete lack of care or accountability. Expecting a customer to transport spoiled food back to the restaurant is unreasonable and disappointing. I would have expected better intentions toward loyal customers, but unfortunately, this experience has made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority. This will be my last time as a customer.

I always come here to eat goat hotpot with my family. The service is very attentive and the food is delicious. My hotpot portion came with a lot of vegetables, which I really liked. I will recommend this place and bring more friends here.

30$ before tips for beef rib pho is extravaganza price. Really not worth it. The server said it was 4% price additionally included for clover??? That’s a rip off and a scam without disclosing it in advance as I have cash in hand. Poor choice on my part.

Love this place. I’ve been 5 times within 2 months and they are very consistent with their flavors and the Banh Mi absolutely slaps (i do think they can add a bit more veggies to it). I tried the pho and dunken noodles and they are both really really good. You can’t go wrong with what you order and the staff and atmosphere is just the perfect Vietnamese vibe. 100% would recommend to a friend.

I have fallen in love with this place. They have many dishes that are vegetarian option. Large portions at a great price. Highly recommend Pho 4 Star. My favorite is the Veg Fried rice with extra bean sprouts. There is so many veggies. With my drink and Tip it’s under 20.

We popped in here last minute when Wingstop had a FORTY-FIVE minute wait on a Saturday night at 6:30. We were greeted immediately, shown our table, given our drinks and ordered our food in under five minutes. The atmosphere is clean and bright, there’s beautiful art on the walls and congenial staff. Our food came out in less than 10 minutes! We needed a quick meal because we were pressed for time and the service and speed we got on a Saturday night were just what we needed in a pinch! Support a local business and try out Pho 4 Star!

The hot pot was delicious but we had to wait for 15minutes for them to make the soup. So perhaps call & make reservations. I thought the steak hotpot was better than the seafood overall. Service was attentive. Would come again!
