This our first visit and we’ll return the next time we’re in Bethany. You have to try the spring roll pork and shrimp appetizer served with peanut sauce. There are two on a platter. My pho with steak was fabulous. My wife’s veggie pho was excellent. Unless you have a BIG appetite, the small bowl is plenty!

Nice, authentic, Asian restaurant. I was telling my wife that it kind of has a way of making you feel like you’re in Asia. The service is great. The food is delicious! I got the vermicelli and I would get it again. The Shrimp Fried Rice my wife got was phenomenal, and for the price of $10.50, it’s such a great pick when it comes to Chinese food. Still keeps authentic to it’s flavor. Would 100% go here again.

Quite literally the freshest and tastiest pho I’ve had since I lived in Atlanta (and that’s saying a lot because there was some phenomenal pho’s there). The meats were all fresh tasting. The broth was delicious on its own and didn’t need any sriracha or hoisin, but I added a dab of each because I like them in my pho.

Cute Pho restaurant located in downtown Bethany. The server is friendly and the atmosphere is nice. I like the murals on the walls. We tried the Pho, Rocket Shrimp Rolls, Bun Bo Hue, and Grilled Pork Rice platter. Everything was delicious!

Walking in you can see it’s a smaller location. But it still feels open & cozy instead of stuffy. Lighting is where it needs to be & the window also lets light in. The waiting staff is very attentive & ready to take your order. Our server brought out the bean sprouts & Pho in a timely manner. If there’s not something you see on the menu then the staff will take a custom order, of course. Not only are the portion sizes robust but they also do not leave you wanting more ingredients. In addition, the seafood in your Pho is plentiful & the steak with veggies are exceptional as well. The broth is seasoned & you can tell that it was cooked for multiple hours. With added cilantro, garlic, & Basil the broth is; dare I say, downright drinkable. This spot is a must if you enjoy Pho & you will most likely have lunch the next day. Pricing is very modest but I would also suggest adding an egg for $2. It was poached to perfection. Thank you to the staff & the chef! This is how much I had left over after I got full & that container is at least 8 inches tall.

So first time try this place me and a friend spent 51.00 dollars for pho and was not worth the price what so ever. I am Vietnamese pho is my favorite soup all year round, but this just wants what it should have been. Veggies looked old taste wasn’t there.

I used to come here a lot, and i came back after a few months and the PHO tasted really bad and different, i am very disappointed because this was my go to and the pho broth was so flavorless, i don’t recommend eating pho here. springrolls are great though..
