Pho was good size for large

Fresh ingredients

Broth was flavorful but not overly strong, good balance. Vegetables were fresh… I ordered house special combo.

I only had round steak in my bowl… they said sorry and brought out the other cuts of beef in a separate bowl.

The spot was okay on cleanliness… I’ve been visiting this spot for 4-5 years… one of the only spots that opens late so I could eat after work…

It’s a small shop

friendly staff

I judge the pho to be great and flavorful, without needing extra sauce.

I was so hungry before my coaching meeting and this restaurant is the closest to my yoga studio. In fact, it’s the only one. However, my experience was such a mixed.

Pho 24 is located in the same strip mall as CorePower Yoga Winchester. Free parking is readily available though they have to compete with yoga goers and mark some parking spots for their own business.

My first impression stepping inside the store was messiness. I could see a half eaten bowl of Pho on a messy table which was filled with random stuff like used plastic bags, partially plucked vegetables and unidentifiable things. The table in front of it had a bottle of cleaning liquid and a crumbled dirty towel. These tables are right in plain view when you walked in.

I understand that they were understaffed and there was only one server. But the restaurant was not even busy. There were only 2 other customers in the store besides me.

I was pointed to a table and offered water. The server quickly took my order which included a pork and shrimp spring roll and a house special Pho.

My food took decent amount of time to come out. The spring roll was of good portion and cut into half which I liked. The peanut-hoisin dipping sauce was a bit salty to my taste.

The house special Pho was on the same level as the spring roll. Average and a bit disappointing. The soup was great but the meats and the noodle tasted old. Their rare beef was cut a bit too thick and became chewy in the hot soup. The tendons have a very weird taste (like spoiled) that I became suspicious and had to spit it out.

Perhaps as a Vietnamese, I have higher standards for my Pho and traditional Vietnamese food. I can see these food passed as okay for non-Vietnamese customers.

The server was friendly and attentive at least. The inside was spacious and brights with natural lights coming through those floor-to-ceiling windows.

Overall, not the best Vietnamese restaurant in town but passable if you’re craving Vietnamese food and needs something quick and convenient.

The soup for the Pho is really flavorful. It’s really tasty and the size is good amount. Order the spring roll but it’s alright. The peanut sauce is ok but not the best. However Pho is really good

Vietnamese restaurants are sparser in this part of town, but Pho 24 fits the bill in you’re in the area, and you want some pho or something Vietnamese.

Prices are moderate, but portions are generous. The cook who brought out the dishes seemed proud of what he had prepared.

Pho Tai Nam was piping hot and tasty. The bowl was deep, and there was plenty of brisket. Their grilled pork is on the sweet side, and the sauce they add can be cloying.

We paid $60 between the 3 of us for a large bowl of pho, rice vermicelli with pork, grilled pork over rice, and some hefty spring rolls. , . I don’t think they added a hidden service charge. Math looks right, but I didn’t pay attention.

Decor is pretty nice for a pho restaurant. They probably took over from a former cafe or something

Overall, Pho 24 is pretty good. Give it try if you’re in the area and don’t want to pay Santana Row or Valley Fair prices for a bowl of noodles. You certainly won’t leave hungry.

The pork and shrimp spring are always good start for me. I got the #4 and added meatballs. And my partner got the #1. The portion size and amount of meat/vermicelli was perfectly even. A lot of other places hold out on protein but not this place. Also the Thai Tea was refreshing the water kept coming without having to ask for more. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone who loves a good bowl of pho.

Overpriced & weird tasting. I picked up take out and was very disappointed. My college kid’s opinion of beef broth: “Smelled weird, taste weird” -they refused to eat. My still warm chicken seemed undercooked so I had to microwave to cook and now Iam regrettingthat Iate it. Also my regular pho spot charges $4 for the large size broth that this place charges $9 for. Atmosphere is under construction and not peaceful. I will never go here again even if it is next door to my doctor’s office.

I have lived in San Jose for 18 years and we have lunch out almost every day. In winter we love Pho and this place is close to our house, that’s why we went many times. We love the pork and shrimp rolls with peanut sauce to start. Then Pho: They have two size options, the small one is enough for me but sometimes I order the big one and I am satisfied for hours = D. The only thing that would change is the attitude of the staff, they behave like robots. Quite cold, a shame because it is nice to chat with those who serve us. I still recommend it because the soup is delicious.

Overall, great dinner at PHO 24. We got a fresh coconut which was extremely delicious and refreshing.
Only “complaint” is that my pho was lukewarm, I which it was a lot hotter. The lemongrass chicken, on the other hand, was great. We also got a crepe which was delicious!

I want to share a deeply disappointing experience with the food and service we received. We ordered an eggroll, and to our shock, we discovered a live spider underneath the lettuce as we were eating. This was not only disgusting but completely unacceptable.

What made the situation even worse was the staff’s response. Instead of addressing the seriousness of the issue, they simply replaced the dish without offering any apology, compensation, or even a token of goodwill. To add insult to injury, we were still charged the full price.

This kind of service is unacceptable, and as customers, we expected better accountability and care.

Tasty Pho and other dishes with generous portions. Quaint little Vietnamese and Southeast Asian cuisine shop near Santana Row with a modern touch. Parking is ample and seating is just enough, ideal for groups of 1-4, but can accommodate slightly larger groups.
