It’s very dark inside this place. The food is basic. And the customer service is horror when it comes to the way this place is ran. They should be reported to the better business bureau. I order shrimp rolls with pork and no shrimp were inside the roll. Then when I called these people acted as if it’s no biggie. Now wonder everyone in Duluth calls this place a dump. It’ll be closed by next year for sure. And I noticed rat droppings in the dining room area!

I clearly mentioned that I have a cilantro allergy, but as I was getting worried about the tingling sensation in my mouth when finishing the meal, I checked and found cilantro at the bottom of the bowl. Thankfully, I had allergy medicine with me, otherwise I might have had to go to the emergency room! You guys need even more awareness about allergies!!!!!
And the male server was really rude. He took the order for shrimp spring rolls but brought the wrong one. And despite me clearly mentioning my allergy to him. Overall, everything was disappointing, but the only saving grace was the young female server. Thanks to her, we chose to leave the place quietly without causing a scene. Please convey our gratitude to her.

This is the worst pho restaurant that I have ever had in my life. The customer service guy who was really reluctant to serve did not have any greeting or appreciation to the customer. It was really disgusting with his attitude. Also, The inside of the restaurant is pretty dirty that makes me stop eating.
I am 100% sure that I won’t visit at Pho 24 again.

Restaurant is clean and spacious. Their food is ok. I liked that they had spring rolls with different meat, because at other places it’s usually just with flat shrimp. I tried the one with pork and it tasted good.

This is always a great choice for Pho, I used to go here every week before I moved. The atmosphere is so welcoming and we always had this one server/waitress who had the most amazing personality.I am someone who loves to try new things and Jennis was always there to help with any questions I had. I like to order the vermicelli,pho and banh mi(pictured below)
