If you’re on Mills and craving pho, this place has the best broth in the area in my opinion. The flavor is incredible—rich, clean bone broth that somehow feels both hearty and light at the same time.
The portions are generous and the prices are great, but the real star is their stone bowl shortrib pho. You get a huge spread of meats, fresh noodles, and the bowl keeps the broth piping hot the entire time. Protein load!! If you’re like me and believe pho should be borderline scalding, this is absolutely your spot.
Amazing flavor, big portions, and that sizzling hot stone bowl experience.
Our serving staff, Prat, Phuc, and Khoa were also attentive and courteous.

The kind server Khoa helped us today and it was delicious!! We were going to the Avalon crystal shop right next door and this place was luring us with it’s environment. The atmosphere is amazing and the decor really feels like you’re in Asia. We had the big serving of Pho which Khoa recommended and it was super great!! The water was always filled and let me tell you I’m definitely coming back with a beautiful woman.

Honestly, we came here because Anh Hong was packed and there was a wait to be seated… This place was right across the street… this place has two storefronts and the entrance part was empty but the other side was full so they sat us near the front door. The menu is very appealing and it has several items I have never seen in a Vietnamese restaurant before. I didn’t see the second dinning room to comment on the ambiance there.

All the food we ordered was tasty. I was very impressed at the portion size of my meal and all the meat that was in it. It was not lacking in the meat department..
They do have a drink menu that you have to scan a QR code for and that is apparently for a different business called BinBong, they’ll bring your drinks to your table… I found that unique and different.

This has become my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the city, especially for pho! But they have so much more, including dishes I haven’t seen elsewhere, and every single dish has been so very well done. The staff were also amazing: Huy, Leo, & Phat were very helpful thru out the meal, and especially with explaining the dishes so that we could enjoy new experiences properly. Definitely come check them out for high quality Vietnamese food!

We visited Pho 2 To for a late night dinner and enjoyed the food. It was too late to eat in, but they allowed us to place a to-go order. We ordered a grilled pork rice vermicelli noodle bowl with spring rolls, as well as a grilled pork viet sandwich. Both were delicious and the pork was seasoned well and flavorful. The service was excellent and accommodating. The restaurant itself was cute and decorative. Overall, we enjoyed our late night meal and will definitely be visiting again!

Khoa was an excellent server. Very attentive and always had a great smile! The food was very authentic and delicious! However, the only drawback was another patron had her dog inside the restaurant. Yes, it was in a bag which is a telltale sign of not being a legal service dog, My husband and I are highly allergic to dogs so it became a very big concern for us especially when the establishment is not very big. Granted we only heard it barked one time, I really feel that animals should not be allow inside the premises if outdoor eating is not available. If we had known ahead of time that a dog (regardless the size) was only 6 feet away from us, we would’ve gone elsewhere without any fuss.

I’m visting my friend in Orlando. She took me to Pho 2 To. I’m impressed by the service. Dedicated service by Khoa and Leo. Khoa is very friendly and kind. Leo is little cool guy but very knowledgeable about the menu. The food was good. I ordered bánh cuốn chả lụa. It took little bit long but the taste was awesome for me. It’s like next level of Vietnamese FineDining.
