Had my lunch here and got Pho for the first time it was DELECTABLE! Absolutely amazing! I didn’t have to add anything to enhance the flavor but I like spice so i added a bit of chili oil. The broth was rich and flavorful. The portion of one bowl was honestly enough to feed 2 and for a great price. I also had the pork potstickers and a mango-passion fruit slush which were really nice. Our server Meme was the sweetest lady ever. The service was fast and the vibe of the restaurant is very chill. I will definitely be back soon.

Viet egg rolls were perfect. Super crispy outside and soft noodle inside. Pho was very good, but they only have a few basic choices. Steak and brisket, chicken, special with short rib and meatball. I like tripe and tendon, but can live without. Meat was very fresh and tender. They have a bunch of other good options but we always start with pho so will check out other stuff next time. Staff was very nice and quick. Decent beers for$4.50, kirin, saporro, and tsing tao and some domestics. Great location in downtown Melbourne by a bunch of other things to do any time of day. Parking can be tight but there are open lots 2 blocks away. Check out out, I hope it stays around.

Yesterday my husband and I spent our date night here and the service and food were both amazing. It was my first time eating Vietnamese food. We ordered the Specialty combo #50 I believe, the egg rolls with fish sauce, and for dessert we shared the specialty ice cream with mango jam and drip coffee. Thank you Pho 192 for everything.

I tried the Shrimp & Pork Wonton Soup and it was pretty good coming from NYC and having a China Town it’s tough finding good food in Palm Bay, but little by little I keep find some good spots.
My Wife had Chicken Pho and that was also amazing. Soups are one size and very large bowl soup.
on the same strip as “Pho 192” you also have an excellent Irish “Meg O’Malley’s Restaurant & Irish Pub” that sells amazing food. As well as a Pizza Shop “Mister 01” Pizza all on the same strip. Just thought I’d throw this in there since it’s on the same area in down town Melbourne.
Psst, Don’t skip the Soup or you will be missing out.

I had the Veggie Pho at Pho 192 in Downtown Melbourne, and it was absolutely delicious! The broth was rich and full of flavor, the vegetables were crisp and fresh, and the overall balance in the bowl was perfect. You can really taste the care and quality in every bite.
Working in the food industry with Sanwa Food Group, I appreciate when a restaurant gets it right — and Pho 192 definitely does. Great service, inviting atmosphere, and an exciting new option for anyone who loves authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

Absolutely loved this place! We ordered the pho dac biet (special) and it did not disappoint — a generous portion of meat, including a big rib bone, all tender and flavorful. The broth tasted rich and clean, like it was made with real care and quality ingredients.
We also tried the vegetarian pho, which was just as impressive. Fresh, high-quality vegetables and a broth that still had great depth and flavor.
To top it off, the crème brûlée was excellent too, perfectly done and a great way to finish the meal.
Definitely one of the better pho spots we’ve tried, we’ll be back!

I really wanted to try this place since I recently moved to Melbourne and it did NOT disappoint!! I love pho and this is literally the best pho I have ever had in FL. My boyfriend got the Special combo with lemongrass pork, shrimp, and chicken skewer which was also amazing. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. The server was kind and polite. I am definitely coming back soon!

RUN, don’t walk, to Pho192! Today was my first time dining here, and it absolutely exceeded expectations. I had the vegetable egg noodle soup, and it did not disappoint—everything was so fresh, flavorful, and the portion was huge! I also treated myself to a brown sugar milk tea boba—a solid 10/10.
The inside was spotless, and the staff was incredibly attentive. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

So good! Fresh ingredients and really good dishes! We’ve been back a few times and have put Pho 192 in our regular food rotation! The peanut sauce is . The service is great too!
