The personnel is nice but don’t speak or understand English. They always get my order wrong. I ask for no meat and extra lime and cilantro in my soup. I never get it. I order a small one always come with a large. I went on Monday at lunch time and ordered shrimp spring rolls and they brought me broth to dip my rolls. When I asked they said they ran out of peanut sauce dip. I told them I didn’t want rolls. They still charged me. I liked Pho18 but the quality and taste is not the same since the new owners came in. Even though the quality has not been good I have given them the benefit of the doubt and have came back twice again and the same thing. Will not be going back plus the prices have gone up. That would not be a problem if the food was good.

i came here at lunch and ordered Fried Chicken Plate. It was lowkey surprisingly good the skin was crispy and meat need a little more juicy but it going great with the sauce. Lots of savory in this dish never tried this flavor before even i am Vietnamese. Recommended

I came back here while I was waiting for my car to get fixed. I ordered tofu pho (vegetarian one). The taste got improved so much and I enjoyed it a lot! I’m happy to see the good improvement! I’ll definitely come back and bring my friends. Plus workers here are nice, smiling and friendly! I love it! Keep up your great work!

Very great experience. Service was great and the spicy beef Raman was great as well. The beef sandwich was very good. Smokey bbq tastes and I really liked it. I recommend the Jasmine or Mango tea also. Will definitely come back

it was very good food i loved the chicken pho and the fried dumplings. The atmosphere is very cute and organized. i liked that they give glass cups for drinks and not plastic cups. for two people it was almost 40 bucks. Well worth it, for sure recommend!!!

This is my new favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Houston. The food is very good and great prices. We ordered vermicelli bowls for dinner and they were delicious. The lady taking orders up front was so beyond nice and helpful! I even got a tasty tea for my wait.

Came in on a cold January night , perfect for PHO. I loved the atmosphere and decor. Great customer service ; She was very attentive.
Ordered the Beef Pho and a house special fried rice .The chicken, beef and pork in the fried rice were crispy just how I like it . Everything was delicious. Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.
Just FYI, they close the kitchen about 30 mins before closing time.

Service was excellent! The hostess in particular was so sweet and friendly
The food on the other hand was a bit of a let down. We ordered the Beef Pho and everything was just average. Nothing really stood out to us as memorable. Portion size was also a bit disappointing especially since we ordered the largest size.
We’ve had much better Pho elsewhere here in Houston. While service and atmosphere was 10/10, we probably won’t be coming back.

Stopped by for lunch, had the shaken chicken with rice, which was delicious, the portion was a little small for me but the quality made up for it. The shop is also very cute, and the people are very friendly. Recommended.
