We ordered a bowl of pho, a grilled pork with rice dish, chicken wings, and spring rolls. The food came rather fast and tasted pretty good, but nothing out of the ordinary. The only complaint I have is that the pho broth was a bit too salty for my liking. Overall, it’s a pretty good place for a quick meal + it’s cheap!

Sat down the server took out order & never said or informed we close SHARP AT 8:30. Ordered our food – lots of it – at 8:15 they said we need to pay our bill while we were still eating & enjoying our food. We said ok we will. We had a lot of food & hot pho ….at 8:40 the server asked us to pack our leftovers and leave the restaurant.

Food was average, our table side service was terrible..we never got a water refill or other attention the entire visit. Placed an order to go for a family member at home, specified pork-only spring rolls, no shrimp. “We have a shellfish allergy. We want to be sure there isn’t cross contamination and no shellfish in the spring rolls”, the waitress even went to check, “Right, no shellfish” what do they send us home with? Shrimp spring rolls. Why didn’t we double check before we left?!? Because it took so long! And we were reassured over and over again. At $80 for our total visit, we’ll be rethinking where we spend our hard earned money. Ugh.

I’ve had pho my whole life. I went vegetarian 5 years ago and was having a really hard time finding a good vegetarian pho that didn’t compromise the original taste of pho because of the veggie broth. I’ve tried a ton of different pho restaurants in Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, Bellevue to find a great vegetarian pho, but were all too bland.

I went there on Sat evening with two other friends because we were a big fans of pho and the place had pretty good overall reviews. When I went inside, there were only one person working on the floor and she was doing cashier, server and busser. Inevitably, she couldn’t keep up, the service was super slow and there were people waiting even if there weren’t that many people in the restaurant. When our pho finally arrived, we noticed the portion was very small, both regular and large size. I thought a nine year old with small appetite would need two bowls of regular size pho. The broth was not hot enough for the raw steak to be cooked enough. So, we couldn’t put the bean sprout to prevent cooling down the soup further. Besides, the pho itself was very salty and not very good. I would give the pho B- compared to other pho places. To be fair, maybe on that particular day I went there, some key employees happened to call in sick. Maybe other typical day, pho tastes good with reasonable portion and reasonable service. My other friends who went there with me shared the same opinions. I am still wondering why this place had a good overall review? Was the evening of 8/26/2023 a bad timing with special circumstances?

Great ambiance and the Heidi was super friendly. Service was quick at every stage – getting me seated, taking my order, and getting my food. It wasn’t super busy when I went (lunch time on a weekday), but not empty. Portions were good, though a little smaller than most others places I’ve gotten a large pho. Broth was a different flavor than I’m used to, but still good. Overall I’d recommend it if you’re in Woodinville.

Pork vermicelli noodle bowl was very good, especially the meat. Service was fast and courteous. Only giving four instead of five stars because the prices here were higher than any Vietnamese restaurant I’ve visited in the recent past.
