It was ok. The broth is salty but it’s clean. I got more meat and less noodles while others in my group got more noodles and less meat. The rolls were tasty. I would come back to try other things. Overall it was fine.

Honestly one of my favorite pho spots in the South Bay! The staff were nice and friendly. I ordered the pho #1 combination which is my go to when I come here. It has everything from tripe, tendon, brisket, steak, meat balls, and ox tail. Yum! The broth was literally made out of ox tail and you can taste the freshness of the soup. You can tell it has been cooking for hours. The meat was so tender as well. My friends and I also ordered the spring rolls, which was so fresh and delicious.

I’m surprised that the rating here is not higher! Phở was a delight here! I am from London, I have been to the US many times, have tried pho at many locations, they always have a big problem – the noodles were dried, or undercooked, sticky to each other. Here the noodles were fresh and just like in Vietnam. Best pho I had in the US!
To make it even more perfect I would make the broth less salty, otherwise it’s yummy too thank you to the friendly staff as well.

Food overall was solid — nothing to really praise but nothing to complain about, either. Ordered two bowls of pho (beef and tendon). Size of bowls were a little disappointing for the price. However, quality was good. Broth was rich and hot. Ordered a shrimp fried rice dish that was pretty skimpy on the meat and the “fried” part of the dish was a little lacking. Service was decent. Prices are ok. Atmosphere is what you’d expect for a little restaurant; clean, tidy, get in and out. Affordable place to eat (compared to many of the other places in the area).

PHO #1 was #1 in my heart. With cute service and ambiance this joint stole my heart! Our servers were really kind and attentive and it was a cute ambiance with colored comfy chairs placed at the tables. We started off with the iced Vietnamese coffee which was phenomenal. If you love a strong coffee flavor and lots of sweetness that is definitely your drink. After drinking the whole coffee I felt the caffeine and sugar coursing in me. It was so smooth and I loved the heavy coffee flavor. Then I got the crispy noodles with vegetables and tofu which was alright. The noodles were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with the sauce which was amazing providing really cool texture almost chop suey like. The sauce, vegetables and tofu were also good, but nothing special. Then I got the #15 and I loved the amount of meets given for only $15. The pho was really wholesome as the broth had lots of complex flavors with a sweet and sour flavor with loads of salt and beef flavor. The noodles were plentiful and were cooked the perfect amount. They also didn’t skimp on the meat which I hate when it happens at pho restaurants. Overall definitely give Pho #1 a try it was nothing special but definitely a consistent joint which I could enjoy thoroughly on a cold day!

Sometimes in life you need to have Pho.

The ladies working there were very welcoming. I had Bun Bo Hue.

This is one of my litmus test and they did it well, spicy but not overly spicy.

I am so happy I went there last evening and I would love for you to try this place.

Pho #1 is my favorite pho spot in the area. The broth is rich, flavorful, and always served piping hot, just the way pho should be. The service is always amazing and the staff make you feel welcome every time. It is so good I had to stop myself from coming in twice a week. If you love pho, this is definitely a place you need to try!

Came here few times but this is the first time I order their #1 pho combination. I regret that I didn’t know earlier that their #1 is the best pho I ever tried! The beef tail just taste so good and the beef portion is generous!!
