Food was great. Pho broth was delicious. Very nice flavor. fried rice was excellent too. We ordered pho bowls, noodle bowl with no broth, fried rice, and rolls. Everything was nice. The cold water bottle was a wonderful touch to the dinner. Overall, great food and competitive prices. Definitely, will visit many more times.

The food was delicious, the server was fantastic. We ordered spring rolls for starter, the Pho with steak and brisket, the extra large pho with steak and meatballs as main course, and we were planning to have the matcha Cheesecake, but the portions are so large that we didn’t make it to the dessert. Everything we tried was perfect, and flavors were very much freshly home made, which we appreciated. We also ordered a tea and an iced Thai tea, both were fantastic!
I do have 2 recommendations. The first one is the background music, it’s really nice, but they had the same song in repeat, so we heard it at least 4 times. My second recommendation, there was a kid, possibly someone related to the owners, in the background with a very loud cellphone, even louder than the music, watching videos with very up toned words and yelling profanity. That was definitely a mood killer for me.

We had Pho , BBH , papaya salad and a side of grilled pork chops
Pho is just ok. BBH looks nothing like pictured and not good. I do enjoy the papaya salad but it came AFTER I finished my BBH. Something in the salad gave me stomachache afterward

The Summer Roll was immaculate and they got it out to the table immediately. I got the steak and tendons!! I just wish I had a bigger stomach so I could keep eating! The had different types of tendons ones that melted in your mouth others that let you give a nice bite, it also had plenty of steak! The broth though, ooooh it was perfect !

Delicious Vietnamese food! My friend brought me here for lunch and the food was fantastic. They also made it really easy to switch out fish sauce for soy sauce in my meal to make it vegetarian.

First time eating here and it was DELICIOUS! I had the grilled chicken vermicelli noodle’s and it was amazing, the chicken was nicely seasoned and grilled and gave everything so much flavor. The vegetables are fresh and crunchy, 10/10 meal. The service was nice as well, quiet ambiance with light music playing.

Worst experience ever. They do not like African Americans. Didn’t even eat my food and they wanted me to pay for services I did not get.
Update: We called the police ourselves due to being held against our will by three of the employees. Police also stated they do not recommend this place. Police were nice and understanding. So please don’t act like I was forced to do anything or like money wasn’t left on the table.

We were in palm beach for 4th of July weekend and happened to find Pho 1. I’m a restauranteur so I rarely leave a comment but this place definitely deserve one! It’s a small cozy family run. Service was excellent and the food was amazing. So we decided to come back the next day and for sure they didn’t failed us. On the last day we decided to have our family reunion lunch there with 35 peoples and everyone in our family love their food.
