Small pub located in Bristol PA, Seen some posy about the food so we stopped in. FOOD 4 stars the cheese steak with fried onions was very delicious, loaded with 1 lb of chopped ribeye and seasoned well. Served on a fresh seeded roll (the best way to have it). 50 cent wings during any football game. We ordered 2 flavors of wings, Garlic parmesan and Asian sesame. The Garlic wings needed some salt to bring out the flavor more, as for the Asian it had good flavor just a little sweet for my liking. Wings were fall off the bone tender and meaty. The waitress was nice and always asking if we were good. The major downside was how loud it was. Everyone was definitely having a good time.

The food was sooo good and so creative! I’ve been looking at the General Tso’s all week and wanted to try it. My husband got the fried twinkie sausage with cheese and bacon. Both of us had enough for dinner the next night. Next time was teriyaki burger with onion straws for me, and wings for the husband.

i was just in phinnys last night oct 6 and the bartender was absolutely blasted(drunk) i didn’t get his name lil dwarf dude. he was spilling everything it took him like 20 min to get me a drink. i asked for a pineapple nd tequila nd he brought me tequila nd cranberry so i said sorry this is the wrong drink nd he said sorry it was my bday yesterday im trying to collect myself as he just took a shot with a customer. he then brought me a shot glass with pineapple nd tequila which was right but i wanted a drink a big glass not a shot.. he THEN made another drink nd proceeded to put malibu in it again the wrong drink. how can you mess up a pineapple nd tequila 3 times.. anyways i asked for my tab bc i didn’t wanna be there anymore nd he got mad so i was like can i have my tab pls he then gave me attitude nd said cash only i said yes ik how much is it nd he said 20$.. 20$ for a drink you messed up 3 times so i said im not paying 20$ for this one drink i didn’t even drink nd he got all mad nd disrespectful to us again nd tried to kick us out but we were already leaving. phinnys is unprofessional nd a joke yall stink.

I wish we would have come here sooner. We don’t drink so we expected Phinny Magee’s to be just a bar with good bar food. It’s so much more than just good bar food. There are about 10 tables separate from the bar in a comfortable setting. There are TV’s everywhere so you can see no matter where you sit. We came for a very early dinner/late lunch. The service was awesome! Chef Jeff was so friendly and we really enjoyed talking to him.
Our burgers were gigantic. My wife had the standard cheeseburger which was thick (around 8 ounces) and juicy. Unlike other places, Phinny’s has rolls that actually FIT the burger and held together to the last bite! I had the mushroom Swiss burger which was loaded with sautéed mushrooms. Both burgers were cooked EXACTLY as we requested. Sweet potato fries and regular fries were so good, cooked well done and crispy. We loved the big slices of real dill pickles that came with our food as well. I also had the boneless chicken wing appetizer. Huge portion size, good kick to the buffalo sauce and real bleu cheese dressing with chunks of bleu cheese.
I don’t know what else I can say about our stellar experience. The restaurant is very clean and organized. Even the bathrooms are clean! They have a pool table and a few video games, a large bar with plenty of seats and several hi-top tables in the bar area. Great food, great chef and great staff… Phinny Magee’s is a neighborhood gem!!
