I ordered a heart shaped pizza for yesterday and was told it would come with heart shaped pepperoni. The pepperoni wasn’t heart shaped which is fine but annoying to explain to the kids. I picked the pizza up it was cold, cheese barely melted and pizza was barely cut so when I tried to cut it all cheese slid off in one solid unmelted piece. I called back and staff was SO nice and a had a new one delivered within 40 minutes. The second pizza was the exact same. I tried to call like 10 times yesterday after this happened and phone lines were it. I would love to discuss this further as I feel a refund is indicated here. Pictures below are two separate pizzas

I was invited to go here with my sister and husband. They come here quite often.The reservation was at 5:00. We arrived and was seated in the corner. A nice table. I could see everything. It was a very nice atmosphere. I was never here before. We ordered three entrees. Well it took a little while. I don’t mind waiting. However when the food finally came out. My sister and husband got their meals. I couldn’t wait to get mine. It never came. My sister and husband’s dinner was half finished. When we flagged down the waiter to see if I was going to eat or not. He apologized and ran to get my meal. Finally it came. I was hoping to eat with my family. I took a bite and it was luke warm at best. I was quite disappointed. I ask the waiter to pack it up. Maybe I’ll be able to heat it up tomorrow for lunch. My family felt embarrassed. You only get a chance to make a first impression one time. Will I return? I can’t answer that yet. I’ll see how my food tastes tomorrow. Time will tell.

Picked up a bunch of stuff to take out. Had a few random slices and chicken parm roll. All were delicious. Then we also ordered an order of rigatoni with vodka sauce, a Caesar salad and a veal dish with asparagus and moss in a white wine broth. Vodka sauce was excellent. I loved the veal and my wife absolutely loved the dressing on the salad. Great place for take out or dine in.

Great Italian restaurant, authentic, lots of selections, good for gathering. Overall great experience! Only a few dishes we ordered were too salty and the lines can get long during dinner hours.

Unfortunately I will no longer give this establishment my business after being a loyal customer for years. My order arrived +30 past the agreed upon deliver time . When I called to ask about it I was told the driver should “be there any minute “ only to discover , in my next phone call , that the driver was only just then leaving the restaurant with my pies, that actually had “been ready since 6:30 “ ( as if it’s reassuring to know the food was cooked on time but just sat there on the counter for a half hour . Just what we wanted – Cold pizza . Thanks Phil’s .great service )

Yesterday I had to order some last minute food for a party this afternoon. Called yesterday morning and they said no problem. Picked up this morning at 11:30.
A tray of baked ziti and a tray of chicken cutlet parm. The food was amazing. Everyone was asking where we got it from and I highly recommended Phil’s to everyone that asked.
By the way, we live in Northport and drove all the way there to get it.
I would do it again in a heartbeat.
Thank you to the staff. They were extremely professional yesterday on the phone and today in person.

I ordered catering for family pre-Christmas dinner for 23 people and was shocked when bill came out to $770 when picked up
1 tray shrimp parm $175???
1 tray chicken piccata $145???
1/2 sautéed broccoli (way too garlicky & oily)
1/2 tray penne alla vodka $65?? Pasta & vodka sauce (missing prosciutto)
1/2 eggplant rollatini (missing prosciutto and mozzarella was just ricotta and sauce
1/2 tray house salad
1/2 tray ceaser (ordered but charged and given Greek)
1/2 tray mini rice balls
1/2 tray garlic knots(too garlicky)
Food was good but very greasy and garlicky and we like garlic but omg broccoli was way overcooked as well
we could’ve went out and paid just as much and no pick up, set-up or clean up.
Bottom line I should’ve asked before I ordered I just never imagined it would’ve been so expensive
And my cousin never given a receipt so I just looked at catering menu online to find out prices

It was a nice and welcoming Pizzeria. We had great service, very patient and always smiling. Pizza was good, my husband had a hero, but the star of the evening was the pasta alfredo with grilled chicken my daughter and friends had. They all said it was very good. I enjoyed their French fries!
