If I could give a negative review I would…and we didn’t even dine here. My family and I walked in and asked an approximate time when food could be ready. We were quickly told 30 minutes( which we understand, it’s a Saturday night) but with a little bit of an attitude. My husband who just wanted to ask if that included sandwiches, because they have gyros on a spit, yes and if we didn’t want to wait we should try McDonald’s. The food may be good, but customer service is not a strong suit in our 2 minute encounter. I also did not appreciate the negativity being spoken as we were walking out in front of my children. I have 20+ years in food service so I understand, but that was definitely uncalled for, especially in a time too many small businesses are being closed.

Burgers were so wet and greasy they looked like they were boiled. Fries were stale. The atmosphere was shabby but the lady was very nice, so it is a bummer the food was not.

I have nothing bad to say about this place. She’s always friendly. She’s always right on time. She’s amazing. I’d eat here every day if I could afford it honestly. Their gyros are so great I won’t try anywhere else. Especially the taziki sauce its thick and not just liquid like other places. I love this place and I’ll keep coming❤️

It’s been a few years since I ordered from Phil’s. Not sure why it’s been so long since I have always loved their food going back probably 35-40 years ….. I carried-out a Roma special pizza tonight and it was amazing! Flavorful sauce and toppings. Love love love their homemade thin crispy crust! We’ll be back again soon!

This used to be one of our favorite local places but the food was not good at all. I got a small pepperoni pizza and the sauce was nonexistant. It was very dry and hard to eat. I’m pretty sure a frozen pizza would taste better than the one I had from here. The gyros weren’t as good as they used to be either. Unfortunately we were disappointed this time and I’m not sure if we’ll be back.

I used to order from this place once every 2 weeks. They had the best gyros around. Not sure what the owner is going through but I will never go back again. I got scolded the minute I walked in the door and further yelled at when I tried to order. I always try to support our local businesses, but she has checked out and dosent deserve community support anymore. It is truly sad an awesome place to eat has fallen this far. I wish her soul well.

Lots of changes. No more delivery, no more table wait staff (sit down look at menu and go to register and place order yourself when ready, they still bring your food to the table) fill your own soda from fountain, new french fries, prices have changed very slightly, added a T.V to dinning room, don’t forget to request silverware it’s not always given without a request. Not sure if I like the changes. It’s different, may take more time to enjoy. Still tastes as good as it always has.
