Would probably better for lunch vs. dinner but there’s a beautiful patio, huge fire place and a very friendly staff. Food is average and prices are decent.

We were there today and the food was really very good (corn chowder was delish), our server was awesome, the view of the golf course was amazing but the bartender when we walked in was kind of a jerk. I made a joke about being seated because there was not one single person in the restaurant but it was early…11:15. And he sneered at me and said “not funny”. I waited for him to laugh but if looks could kill I would’nt be writing this. If we were not meeting a friend there, we would have left. I am happy to report the grill was packed when we left but we will not be back.

Atmosphere and service were good. I had salmon that was delicious. My daughter had chicken potpie which was huge and she said tasted delicious but then she found a bone in it. They need to be more careful when deboning chicken. That could have been disastrous. We gave this a 4 because we know things happen in the kitchen.

Came here for lunch after we played 18 holes. They have a great menu of tasty sandwiches, wraps and other entrees. The atmosphere is really cool and has giant windows that you can look out over the course.

One of my very favorite places ever since I moved in Scottsdale 19 years ago has been Phils grill… Food is always excellent and service on point… Couple of my favorite dishes the Navajo corn chowder is a staple, and the super greens quinoa salad, highly recommend fun place, and best place you could possibly go without joining a fancy country club

Have been here many times before. Just went for lunch with friend ( 4 more) Thursday February 19, 2026. It is a great place to eat out on the huge patio. Get to watch golfers go by and play a hole in front of you. The server Kaell 6694 was professional, courteous, and catered to our dining wants and needs. I had a full club sandwich , huge portion, split it with my wife. She was terrific and removed inside bread from middle of sandwich. Delicious. My friend had a Caesar salad and cup of corn chowder soup . The outside patio was packed every table occupied on a Thursday at noon time. Service was terrific. Great selection on the menu. Huge parking lot for golfers and people wanting to eat inside/ outside. Highly recommend

Decided to try this place tonight with the hubby since we had heard the wings were great. Calamari app was not hot, turkey, Brie wrap had no Brie whatsoever in it, and prime rib sandwich was over cooked. We were never asked about refills on our drinks as our waitperson was too busy yapping at a neighboring table. Atmosphere was nice but food and service under par. For the prices, would have expected more.

The service and atmosphere was great. The food was dive bar quality at country club prices. However, portion sizes mostly made up for that. Because our service was fantastic and the view was beautiful, I’d be back and rate this place 4 stars.
