Genuinely the best cheesesteak I’ve had in FL. Reasonable prices, great customer service, and wide selection. Blonde lady who took our order was so friendly and helpful. Very clean, not loud in there either. Best place to grab lunch/dinner after going to the beach or fishing.

Gracie was very helpful on the phone as we were having trouble making our on- line order. Our cheesesteaks were loaded- meat was quality , the peppers and onions were fresh and cooked just right. Cheese was good. And the onion straws! Oh my what can I say, you must try them!! I can’t give a review on the atmosphere as we had our food delivered- and it came nice and hot. Delivery person was kind and food was hot.

First time trying out Philly’s and definitely was impressed!! Served hot and full of flavor!!! Bread was soft and from Amoroso’s!! Restaurant was clean and orderly. Nice ambiance inside with all the decor and seating arrangement. Quick and friendly service by everyone working!! Definitely recommend checking this place out!! A small deli style restaurant with quality food. The food was amazing! The taste, presentation, amount, and quality of the food were great. My husband had the regular Philly cheese steak with onions and provolone cheese. There was enough meat on the sandwich for two! I got the tuna melt, and they added relish to the tuna for me. It was perfect! There is tons of tuna on the sandwich. We split cheddar fries. I got the cheese on the side. We loved them! For dessert, I got the chocolate cake. It was big enough for 2 people! We are definitely going back! They have a great selection of food to choose from!

Food was hot and fresh. We got exactly what we ordered. 3 Philly Cheesesteaks with cheese fries, onion strings, and mozzarella sticks. I got the Cajun cheese fries but next time I’ll just get regular. No fault to the restaurant, the season was on point! It was just a lil salty for my taste, but I’m also a wimp. lol everything was delicious!! So glad we found this place. We will def be back!

Was very off and on about trying due to the mix reviews but decided to see for myself. Service was really good super nice the blonde girl there 12/10 was amazing. I’m not from Philly never been so the best Philly to me is from Jersey Mike’s but this Philly was good especially for the price. The Cajun fries was a bit too salty for me. The only reason I didn’t rate higher was because the wing and a very bad odor to them to me and the sauce was at the bottom of the container and only a little bit on the wings which aren’t really seasoned so the wings taste like nothing but I couldn’t get pass the smell to eat them anyway

First time at Philly’s – Its exactly what I expected and Gracie the young lady working the counter took it up a notch. Food was good and hot. Again, exactly what I expected from a fast food chain such as this. We’ve been in town a week and ate at some bougie restaurants that have fell flat. It was refreshing to get exactly what I wanted and enjoy the experience. Gracie had personality and energy and was helpful in informing us about options (drinks, desserts, sides, extras). The place was extremely clean. All the tables were freshly cleaned.. it was overall a great experience at a good price! Keep up the good work guys!

Great place to get a taste of Philly! The workers are very nice and welcoming! The food is great, with many options! The portions are very fulfilling. The prices are very reasonable. It’s worth the drive. I have already told many people about this place and will definitely be going back soon!

The location on East Bay was Excellent. I used to live one street away from the old Philly’s. I loved the cheesesteaks and the chicken cheesesteaks… So Delicious. You people make awesome food. Love it.

First time here. The menu has a great selection for everyone. The desserts look amazing. We ordered Philly cheesesteak which are seasoned perfectly and full of meat. The service is also great! Friendly staff and a nice place to sit and enjoy delicious food. It’s been a long time since I had a cheesesteak this good.
