Ya kniw i wasnt going to leave another reveiw but i had no other way of contacing management or the owner…..
So last time I mentioned how soggy the sandwiches are if you order to go. The owner got in touch and said it shouldnt be like that, he said the cook should not be double wrapping the philly cheese steak sandwiches, and gave me a 50$ gift card to eat there again and see if it still happens. We’ll i have no way of contacting the owner so im leaving this reveiw in hope he sees this and fixes this issue cause to pay 20$ for a soggy wet sandwich in the 2min I takes to drive home is not okay.
Today I ordered a philly cheese steak light onions with cheese fries. I raced home cause I knew this happens and sure enough half the sandwiches is so soggy it is inedible. Very disappointing that I have to take time out my day to do all this. I guess the normal consumer would just never go there again but I want this problem to be noticed and handled correctly. Too bad i can’t post pictures

Such great sandwiches. I normally go for the hoagies because they are so good but the cheesesteaks are also delicious. Make sure to get the onion rings because they are true beer battered and so good!

I have brown hair, the cook had black hair and was not wearing a hat, or hair net or anything. I know this happens but I am pretty disgusted. Not sure if I will go back, if I do, I will Def bring it up with owner or cook.

So disappointed. Ordered an Italian sub with everything on it. Got it home and realized no Italian spread. I called and clerk said, no spread unless you ask for it. I’ve been coming to this place for over 30 years, well since they opened and sub always had the hoagie spread. What a disappointment

This place has really fell off ever since the main chef stopped working there, it’s gone down hill, today I ordered cheese fries only to be told it’s been changed and we use cheese wiz now . That is just ridiculous. I wont be eating here anymore and from how dead it was today I’m sure they will be out of business at this location soon.

This is the OG spot. Been coming to Philly’s Best for more than 20 years and have a lot of great memories especially at this location! Went to a different one today and they didn’t have the pepper/pickle bar, didn’t serve beer, and no condiments at the tables like this place does.
Not making that mistake again, this was the first Phillys Best where the chain was born and it’s still the best
