Awesome shop. Delicious food. My daughter loves the grilled cheese. Very good vibes, great food, and the owners are super nice. Liberty does a fantastic job! The food is yummy every time. We tried the baked potato today and it was sooo good! Would recommend!

We got the Cheese steaks. They were good, very meety, big, not overly cheesey. We got one with fries. And one with tots. Both had a ton of fries and tots. The sandwich platters had a lot of food. They were about pricey. Like $36 for the two sandwiches, fries/tots, and canned soda. Next time we go, we will get one and split it. It took a long time for the platters to be brought to us. And the female server who also took our order had a real attitude. Just nasty. Making the atmosphere a little more Philadelphia inspired.

Been eating here for years and food was always great. A little pricey but you got a nice packed tasty sandwich so didn’t bother me that much. Placed an order on door dash yesterday for two cheesesteaks and fries. There was hardly anything on these sandwiches! It was like eating a hoagie roll that they spread a little cheesesteak on ! The fries just taste like burnt oil. I noticed when I was ordering there was an up charge for extra meat which I thought was odd being the sandwich is usually packed, but I guess this is now their way of dealing with inflation? How bout just raise your price a little instead of sending out sandwiches with nothing in them ? Cost me $50 and thought it was a joke for what we got. Won’t be back !

If I can leave a zero I would. Called yesterday to order a Philly cheesesteak asked for no mushrooms highly allergic to mushrooms. The lady that answered straight up says we cannot do that because everything here is crossed contaminated!! Like what in the world. Riches on Daltona had no issues with my request and actually the best in Hernando County.

Absolutely sucked, do not order from this place, ordered 75$ worth of food which most of it went to the trash! Chicken tinders were severely over cooked you could break a window out with it, fries were soggy, quesadilla was soggy swimming in grease. Cheesestakes sucked didn’t have flavor it tasted like the boiled the meat and threw it in the bun. Called and staff seemed like she didn’t care for 75$ you think they would have seemed to care a little bit. It was so bad my dog licked it and walked away and didn’t even eat it! Sad sad sad i would never order from this place again! If you want a good cheese steak do to Richie’s the place i should have gone too, please see attached are the pictures of the food i just got home with… even food is sad. The lady who took the phone call was beyond rude!

Dont be fooled by the small storefront, hidden inside is plenty of great flavors. Ordered two signature philly cheesesteaks and they were gigantic and delicious ! Total came to just under $20 for 2 large. Cheesesteaks were quite filling, was not left hungry. Staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is very causual/comfortable.

I have been coming here for over 8 years and have loved every sandwich I have ever eaten. I have even gone as far as recommending them to many family and friends. Just ordered my sandwich, same way I do about 3-4 times a month. I noticed the prices increased slightly but could accept that, what I can not accept is that the amount of meat was reduced by more than half what they used to give. This sandwich used to be packed full of meat, to where the bread needed to be smooshed, in order to get it all in, now, it’s a roll with very little meat.
I called up there, only to be told, the amount of meat has not changed, they use the same cup to measure it out. “Someone must have been over stuffing my sandwiches in the past.”
So for 8 years, someone has overstuffed my sandwiches but this time, I actually got the right amount of meat, NONE! That ridiculous, didn’t even offer to make it right.
When I told her she lost a long time customer, all she said was, “OK”.
Sad, I will not ever eat here again or recommend this place again, I will actually assure that everyone I know, is aware of the rip off Phillies Best, has become!

I really like this place—their cheesesteaks are great! As someone originally from Pennsylvania, cheesesteaks have always been a staple for me. I usually get my food delivered since I work nearby, but this time I decided to pick up my order on the way home.
When I tried to call in my order, I was informed that phone orders aren’t accepted. So I went in person and placed my order, which totaled over $50. It was about 90° outside, and after paying, I was told I had to wait in my car due to store policy.
I was also asked to grab the drink that came with one of my meals. I mentioned that if I was getting a drink, I’d like to sit inside and enjoy it, especially since there’s a seating area. I was told that wasn’t allowed because the staff had experienced harassment from customers in the past.
The interior of the restaurant is really nice, and as someone from Pennsylvania, I would’ve loved the chance to look at the memorabilia while waiting. Instead, I was met with a dismissive and rude attitude from the staff, and found it frustrating to be made to wait outside in the heat after spending a significant amount of money.
It’s confusing to see the restaurant set up for dine-in service but only operating as takeout, especially when the policy creates such an unwelcoming experience.
