Good food, decent price, however, the dark haired girl who was my cashier happened to be one of the rudest gals i’ve dealt with these last 8 months. 🙁 My friends ordered beforehand with great happy attitudes and she was simply angered by the world. How could you be mad at such a beautiful place and taking our tips… I don’t think so. If there’s philly love then where is all of hers…?

Well, it took about 6-7 minutes for someone to come out from the back and take my order. The meat was frozen so nothing special there. The atmosphere is a small kitchen in a gas station. Meh. Service was fairly quick and the cook was friendly. I got the Philly cheesesteak with onions and provolone. It was actually pretty decent.

When I tell you, I ordered off of DoorDash eager to try this food seeing how good it looks online and how much stars it has. When I tell u when I opened it, I was so disappointed as u can see in the picture they literally served me Bull- and whoever did that should be fired this is disgusting and even a dog wouldn’t eat this food and this was on my lunch break and I had to starve my whole lunch break cause how nasty the food was the fries are literally burnt, I couldn’t even eat it and you guys see the wings NASTY DO NOT ORDER

Nestled in the back of a Chevron gas station this simply set up sandwich shop is dishing out some very tasty cheesesteaks. The rolls are authentic, the meat taste like rib eye and the service was fast. They have the flavor of what I’m use to getting in Philadelphia which is where I’m from but the amount of meat in the cheesesteak doesn’t come close. Philly cheesesteaks from Phila are so packed with meat 3 people could enjoy lunch from one sandwich. Nevertheless I’ll be back.

I purchased three cheese-steaks and an order of fries for myself and my daughters. Certainly among the worst cheese-steaks I had ever consumed. The girls complained their sandwiches were too salty. I can confirm that the fries were way too salty. There was something off about everything we were served but to my taste the cheese-wiz and meat stood out as particularly off. It was certainly not worth the $37.28 that I spent but I should have known better about cheese-steaks at a gas station.
Considering the food was inedible I made the mistake of going back to the restaurant for a refund. I brought the uneaten food back and asked for a refund. I told them the food was off and way too salty. The “manager” immediately insisted the meat was freshly received that morning. I was offered a 50% refund which they were unable to refund to my credit card. During the process I heard the “manager” talking to the cook telling him to change out the cheese-wiz. When the clerk asked the manager about the refund not going through she offered me the refund in cash if I surrendered the receipt. The second I took a picture of the receipt she said I cannot have a refund and I would have to file a dispute with my card company.
Many many years ago I worked for a restaurant. On occasion we did have customers complain but we always made it right. Either offer to redo their meal or even provide a refund. I do not believe there was no way of refunding my card. The “manager” also would not produce the name of the owner for this location. I would not recommend eating here under any circumstances.
