I want to give a shout out to the manager. That was on duty today. I placed an order through DoorDash And when I called Philly pretzel company and explained to them what happened, they explained to me what happened on their end. And the driver had mixed the orders up, and the owner delivered the right order to me. That was very thoughtful, and I am very grateful Plus they got the best pretzels around..

$5 for 4 mini pretzel dogs, when the cup was full before he took it out of the warmer, get home to eat them and they are literally hard and inedible. Then the mini cinnamon sugar ones were soft and actually edible….. until there’s been a hair on every single one? I tried to call to complain before leaving a bad review but the phone just goes straight to voicemail. Very disappointed.

It was my first time ordering from this restaurant. The order was ready sitting on the counter wide open. The pretzels were so hard. The pretzels were clearly reheated and not fresh. How hard is it to take time and make fresh pretzels. People aren’t going to spend there hard earned money on stale food that is being sold and over priced. I want a refund or my order remade with truly fresh pretzels. Are they frozen and not fresh at all?

Disappointment factory. Cold hard pretzels, stone cold pretzel dog. Here’s hoping I don’t get sick. The only stars this place gets are because the girl behind the counter was nice. Every other pretzel, including frozen ones I microwave myself, are better than this. Boo.

Patiently waited in line while listening to the cashier complain about her day and how busy it was. Just to be rudely told that I couldn’t place an order because they were too busy fulfilling online orders. I would have had zero issue if there was a sign on the door stating such, but this being my first impression of a business I wanted to support— I’m beyond disappointed.
Do better and maybe hire less miserable staff.

Absolutely the worst pretzels we have ever had. They were rock hard and the store had only been open an hour. Ordered mini hotdogs Hotdogs were already completely shriveled up on the inside.
