Really love this place! The service was fast with the staff being very polite, friendly and efficient. Shout-out to the ginger girl with the tattoos who went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable experience. Well worth a stop and makes for a lovely place to eat while out and about!

For just opening this past week, everyone quick and efficient. Pretzels were hot and fresh, and a good variety was offered. We didn’t get a drink but they offer Pepsi products. The kids and the owners were all working together to keep things flowing. Great place, perfect for a quick snack, meal, or party platter. I bought a bucket of rivets for my construction crew and they loved them.

So dirty, they put pretzels behind the register on a counter uncovered, I saw dust there also at the register caked on, I’m sorry but any food store should be cleaned the night before, before opening and throughout the day when not busy.

older man working there was a bit aggressive, and yelling at a younger male employee (looked like a teenager) and the poor kid looked like he was on the brink of tears. teenage boy was very helpful, sadly I did not get his name. yelling in any way is not professional and i think that that matter should be handled appropriately. (do better) food was really good, but the yelling from the older male employee really made the experience not so great.

Employees do not look professional. I’m not saying they need to be in a uniform, but they could dress in a more presentable manner. Also, my pretzel was lukewarm and when I asked for another one, that one was lukewarm also. She handled my money and proceeded to touch the pretzels with the same gloves on, talk about cross contamination. They don’t seem to know the basics of hygiene or customer service

The staff is so nice when I went to get pretzel twist and they ran out in the display. They made new ones right away and even made me unsalted ones so I don’t like alot of salt. Staff was so nice and the manager I’m guessing asked the people that were sitting down at the tables if they were enjoying their pretzels or pizza and asked if they needed anything.

Their pretzels are always fresh and delicious and the service is friendly and fast. This is a regular stop for us when we are in Walmart. The only disappointment is if we happen to get there after they are closed.
